I pulled up at 8:15. 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru. 3 of them had gone inside due to the long wait they were under. They received assistance inside faster than the drive thru was moving. They had left 8:35 1 car in front of me. His order wasn't taken till 20 min later. The gentleman in front of me finally moves forward. I pull up to the intercom system and wait to place my order. Finally someone comes on and ask me for my order. I wanted a dozen half chocolate have original glaze. Well my kid sitting in a car for a long period of time was having issues. 4 year old tend to do that. The employee informs me there is only custard chocolate. I don't know about you but 3 young kids with custard donuts is going to be messy. I asked for a box of glazed. The guy seemed very short with me. He went on to say what he had. I wasn't interested honestly I was disappointed. I wanted to get a second order and pay cash for a large hazelnut latte. Well the employee couldn't hear me even though I had my car door open and down near the speaker. (I know you might be thinking I was in a loud vehicle.. Nope quite SUV) I was asked to pull around at this point I'm done with this situation. I pay via card I wait for my card the lady behind me pulls off and stops to ask me wth. Her husband went inside for faster service. The employee got short with me for asking for my receipt. That's when I informed them this would be a review. All the sudden they wanted a pity party. First off its not my fault your working hard to ignore customer's.. Krispy kream corporation this is why your going belly up. This is why people are not returning. I know this much change is needed before your...
Read moreThat really was hard for me to give one star for this filthy store but that's the least I'm allowed to give. I'd give it a minus 100 if I could. This is the filthiest KK I have ever been in. We just moved back to OKC after being away for 6 years and I was looking forward to going to this KK to buy donuts here again. I used to get them here frequently and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and good service from this store in the past. Today the service was horrible. It took almost five minutes for the cashier to look up at me and wait on me. I have no idea what she was doing but I finally asked her if I could buy some donuts? I ordered six donuts, two glazed, two chocolate and two maple. Simple enough, right? I get home with one stale jelly donut which apparently was confused for a glazed donut. I could have lived with the mistake but the jelly donut was so stale it was not edible. The tables and the floors were filthy, every single table had filth on it and the employees were not busy, they were just doing the bare minimum of what they had to do. On my way into the store I almost slipped and fell down because there is ice one their walkway. No salt was applied to melt the ice. I asked for the manager to let her know about this. I have no idea if they took care of this or not but they're asking for a lawsuit if they don't de-ice their walkway entrance. I wonder if this store is still owned by the Hal Smith Restaurant Group? If they still own this they should visit this store and see what a total disgrace it is. Hal Smith brand is a great brand but this KK gives it a real bad name. Not going here to get...
Read moreIt’s always a treat to swing by Krispy Kreme! There isn’t one close to where I live, so every visit feels like a special little adventure. From the moment that red “Hot Now” sign lights up, it’s like an irresistible invitation to step inside and enjoy something sweet, warm, and nostalgic.
The smell alone is enough to make you smile—fresh, warm doughnuts rolling off the line, perfectly glazed and ready to melt in your mouth. The original glazed is still the star of the show, soft and airy with just the right amount of sweetness. But I also love trying their limited-edition flavors; each one feels like a fun surprise.
The staff here always seem happy to be part of the experience. They’re quick to greet you, patient while you decide which dozen to take home, and sometimes they even hand out samples if the timing’s right. The shop itself is spotless and full of life, with kids watching the conveyor belt and families snapping photos beside the glowing sign.
Even the drive-through is efficient, and the coffee pairs perfectly with the doughnuts—smooth, rich, and just strong enough to balance the sweetness. Krispy Kreme isn’t just about grabbing dessert; it’s about taking a little break from the day to enjoy something simple and joyful.
Whether it’s a road trip stop or a once-in-a-while splurge, visiting Krispy Kreme is always worth the detour. It’s pure, sugary happiness—one warm...
