Culver’s — Restaurant in Olathe

As always Culver's delivers on the freshness and my Fish Sandwich was super tasty. I love how the batter from the fish melts in your mouth on the first corner bites and it's hot and delicious. My onion rings were good too but a little on the skimpy side for a large and alot of them were stuck together but still delicious. The only thing I would of liked to see was my meal brought out to me with utensils and I noticed there was no condiments other than ketchup available. I like to get mustard or add my own mayo but it's ok since I still enjoyed my meal. The Diet Coke also looked a little carbonated and was coming out almost clear but it still tasted ok. They had a girl keeping up on wiping the tables clean and I liked the layout and decor of the restaurant. This Culvers is almost kind of hidden from the street and I only found out it was there from a Google search. I think I'll try the fish Platter next time and add a bun to make my own sandwich. I'll be going back again when I'm in town cause Culver's is one if my favourite places to eat. Thank you Culver's for another...

I am the BIGGEST fan of culver's and this new location is very convenient since it's otw home for me from a lot of my commonly go to places. But for the past, and only, 3 times i've gone here, they have made mistakes. I only get fast food out of desperation and when i get culver's it's because i need to be revived from a long or frustrating day. the first time they forgot a drink and messed up a meal, second time they messed up 2 separate custards flavors and toppings, then today they messed up the toppings in my custard (which i clarified twice at the speaker (IT WAS ONLY OREO AND SPRINKLES AND THEY GAVE ME SNICKERS AND BROWNIE???)) It's frustrating because not only are there many mistakes but the wait is insane. the first time i went i understood the 25 minute drive thru wait cuz it was around lunch time and we had ordered 2 meals. today i was the only one in the drive thru and there was MAYBE 5 cars in the lot and it took a good 10-15 minutes for my custard and pretzel bites to come out. It's whatever but this new location is definitely not as good as everyone...

Please clarify how the buy 1 butter burger get 1 free coupon works. One week I’m being told in order for the coupon to be valid we must make a purchase of a value basket and then we would get one burger free.

Now today I’m being serviced by a kid who looks like Malnourished captain America telling me I have to make a purchase of 2 value basket and 1 of the butter burger will be free and I would still need to pay for the drink and fries??

Absolutely inconsistent communication all around & in no way shape or form on the coupon does it state we must make 2 value basket purchase to get one free.

Please ensure training done with all employees stay consistent. Do not go to this location unless you want to be swindle out of your deal.

As for Malnourished Captain America please stick to saving the world. Culver’s drive through just ain’t it for...
