Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Olathe

Never had any issues w/their pizzas. Good pizza! However... I have had a few issues w/longer than usual wait times.

This store has problems! From customer service to short on staff(long wait times) to closing early.

I put in a future order Saturday afternoon for 10pm. I drove to the store right before 10pm and it was closed. Saw the manager cleaning inside and spoke w/her for few seconds. Told me that my card would not be charged and that's it. Would of been nice if the manager called me and let me know that they were canceling my order before I drove up there. Anyways ..No apologies from her and did not offer me a free pizza in return for her screw up and waiting my time. Tells me that she does not care and does not want my business/$$$. Looked at more reviews and noticed similar experiences. I assume this store has short staffed which would explain the long wait times/closing early. I recommend calling this store(if ordering at night) to make sure they are open before you order. Hopefully, this store can get their issues straightened out because this store is losing customers/$$$. Pizza is good(no complaints) but this store has problems! 20% off, carryout deal $7.99, etc etc.. All these deals on their website and these understaffed Dominos cannot handle the demand customers are taking...

I ordered two pizzas for pickup. One was correct, the other was not made as ordered. They made a replacement while my other pizza got good and cold.

The customer before me was super pissed about the service he wasn't receiving, the customer after me came in to find out that the order Dominos took from them couldn't even be made due to being out of alfredo sauce.

When my fixed pizza was finished they just put on the shelf with zero concern or awareness that I had been waiting for it for almost 15 minutes. I finally had to shout out to have them get me my pizza.

These guys are oblivious to managing priorities and delivering any decent level of customer service. I didn't receive nor did I hear anybody else receive an apology for the ongoing mistakes that were being made.

Many of the other reviews left here are 1 star, and there is NO sign of any owner or someone from corporate who gives a damn about customer feedback by providing some type of response.

I do not recommend this location. The staff is completely under trained. Orders are wrong, wait times are long, and customer service is non-existent. There's good reason why their stock price has dropped so dramatically. More than any other pizza chain out there.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. We didn't find out until we got home. We weren't going to drive back. After waiting for the pizza since it was finally ready much later than it said. I ordered both pizzas with extra sauce. Instead there was barely any sauce. Parts of the pizza were burnt, barely any cheese, half the slices had no ingredients and it was oddly cut with different size slices. It was a thin piece of overcooked dried out dough. The kids grabbed a slice before I could say anything. It was salty, I assume from the crust topping. I took several pictures. I don't think I'll ever get my money back or anything will be done. I had to find Something else to eat. This is the second time I tried this location. Last time I waited 2.5 hours and they never even started on my pizza. I had to go there and cancel. I thought it was a short staff issue, but after tonight I will just tell others not to go. I should have went to pizza hut or marcos....
