Ordered a large sweet tea and it tastes old (moldy). This is the 3rd time in a month and a half (all have been through the drive thru) that this has happened. How difficult is it to change out your tea? And who doesn't love eating a dry sausage burrito? Especially when you've specifically asked for a certain number of picante packets?
Edit: Went back today despite my better judgement. Ordered the #2 breakfast meal (Sausage Egg McMuffin). Should have been pretty easy right? That's what i thought too. Especially since the ingredients for the sandwich are in the name. Nope. Not for these folks. Apparently a Sausage Egg McMuffin translates to Ham Egg McMuffin. I'm not a fan of whatever ham McDonald's uses in the restaurants. I don't know if they've reconditioned old shoe leather to appear as ham or what but it's always tasted weird to me and I haven't eaten it in years (decades really). Well clearly things haven't changed. So instead of a enjoying a 'delicious' Sausage Egg McMuffin, i ate an Egg and cheese McMuffin. And there's no point in going back to have it corrected. I'm already at work and with the dining room under construction, I'm not going to wait another 30 minutes in line at the drive-thru.
TL;DR just go to somewhere else if you want your order done right and your food...
Read moreBelow is my review from three months ago. I have a men’s group every week here and up to that review this McDs service was a joke.
But now: the past month has been amazing. I have my breakfast before I am done with filling my drink or if it is a kiosk order like last week, I had it quickly.
The employees seem to have a whole new attitude, and where before they were understaffed at 6:00am, they now have plenty of help and really seem attentive to me as I walk in.
So, for now they have turned a corner and I encourage you to give them your business. They are doing well!
{OLD review from 3 months ago: The second worst McDonalds restaurant experience in my life. The manager refused to talk to when I wanted to request using a room to meet in the play area at 6:00am. We were a group of 5, none of us got our orders until after 5+ minutes we each went up to the register to get our order STARTED! We could not use our credit cards at the counter, only the kiosks. And then a group of customers who regularly met there at 7:00 were upset when we had “their place” because we got there at 5:45.}

Read moreIf I could give it less than one star I would. We waited in line to order for 10 minutes. The kid working the drive through looked 12 years old. When handing out orders, the manager, Vanessa, just set them on the counter and didn't say anything. The people in front us order happy meals and when they got them there was nothing in the boxes. She got my dad's order wrong two different times. She was too busy on her phone to pay attention to what was going on around her. They cleared my cousins order off the screen and we stood there for 15 minutes waiting for it and no one asked us what we needed. Finally my cousin spoke up and said that he needed his food. My dad drove up to the drive through window and asked for the manager. She came to the window and my dad told her about the service. She said she was sorry in a sarcastic tone and then slammed the window shut and walked away. My dad tried calling her back to the window and she refused for a couple minutes. My dad asked for the regional managers number and she said it was on the receipt. We called and it was the stores number, Vanessa answered and when she realized it was my dad, she hung up. Very displeased with the service...
