went through the McDonald's drive-thru after placing an order through their app to get a special. For whatever reason they did not have my order so instead of honoring my order because I had proof of the address I used to ordered it to and the number they told me I had to reorder again and pay for it again.as is normal there's a special and a deal through the app so originally did not want to give me the deal so they had me reorder through the app so I had to download another app since you're not allowed to do more than one order in 60 minutes.after reordering through the app and confirming the address and confirming my payment being charged a second time they again did not get my order so instead of honoring my order again they made me pay a third time telling me that once the other two payments fully posted to my bank account to come back in and they would look to see what they could do to refund me.This is unbecoming of a large chain I do understand that you have some franchise stores but unless your franchise stores are going to honor and work the way your standard stores do I don't think you should continue to have franchise stores because this is uncalled for if you can see that I have made a payment and that I have it placed and I did the order for your store you should be able to honor it it was for $6 it's not like you're losing a lot of money by giving me what I paid for. Now I have to hope that you are going to remember who I am once it posted my account and that you're still actually going to honor them when I get there how am I supposed to be confident in the fact that you're actually going to give me back my money if you fail at your ability to actually give me my food in the first place if you can't give me food which costs you nothing that I guess it's not going to be a good thought that you're going to give me back the money that I've already spent so I can spend three times for one meal and now I have to hope that maybe just maybe you'll actually...
Read moreUntil a few weeks ago, this was the better option between the one on 135th & Mur-Len, and this location. Both have proven to be a disaster lately. It starts from the top down - management doesn't know when an order placed online is paid or not, so they charge double. Managers can't provide contact information, nor take a message for the store owner/regional manager. The lobby is open 24/7 per signage and McDonald's website. That hasn't been the case for over a year. One has to wonder if they can't read their own signs, or if they are just to lazy to change them. The paper sign at the 135th & Mur-Len location cannot be read when driving by. There seems to be double standards of who gets to come in and who doesn't, as well. Found it multiple time that the lobby was occupied by multiple groups, but the door was locked (and, I am not talking about 5 or 10 minutes after midnight, but close to an hour after the lobby supposedly closes). Regional manager for these locations is welcome to contact me. Owner is welcome to contact me, but should have refund check in hand before opening his/her mouth, or writing the...
Read moreNever going back... management has failed, I have found facial hair in my milkshake, then another visit I asked for no ice in my soda..they put extra ice in it,my husband did not notice, and we were down the road, did not have time to go back... I called several times they did not answer their phone . I told them about it the next day.. and manager said I always complain,,, well dont mess up so much and I won't complain.. I guess they expect people to drink milkshakes with hair in it, and other requests not be honored.. this McDonald's needs to re evaluate management, the weekend manageris good, but NOT the m-f manager!!!!! My family and I will not go back.. there are some good employees like Sue, Patrick, and a couple others,, but that manager does not think you should say anything back to them if your order is not right! ...
