PLEASE BE AWARE AND ALERT THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANY OF YOUR LOVE ONES (MOTHER, GIRLFRIEND, GRAND PARENTS, SISTER, BROTHER, CHILDREN, DISABLED PEOPLE AND ANY CUSTOMER IN GENERAL VISITING THIS LOCATION, WHO ARE NOT ONLY BELIEVING BUT ALSO TRUSTING THAT BJ’S PROVIDES SAFE PARKING FACILITIES”

BJ’S RESPONSE TO MY UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE WAS: “ONCE THE CUSTOMER LEAVES THE STORE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO THE CUSTOMER OR THEIR BOUGHT ARTICLES WHILE BEING AT THE PARKING LOT”.
“….. BJ’S DOES NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF NEEDED SAFETY SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SYSTEM TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OF VISITING CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT” ….
“…..AND ACCORDING TO THE LOCAL LAWS BECAUSE THE LOCATION IS JUST BEING RENTED WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO INSTALLED THEM”.
THE LACK OF EMPATHY TO WHAT I JUST HAD EXPERIENCED AND EXPRESSED TO BJ’S MANAGEMENT WAS COMPLETELY SHOWN BY THE ATTITUDE OF THE TWO MANAGERS ON DUTY….AND I WAS SUGGESTED TO FILE A POLICE REPORT ON MY OWN KNOWING THAT THERE IS NOT SURVEILLANCE VIDEO THAT CAN BE USED AS EVIDENCE FOR THE POLICE TO IDENTIFY THE RESPONSIBLE THEFT CRIMINALS THAT ARE OUT THERE WORKING ON A TEAM LOOKING FOR THEIR NEXT VICTIM TO ROB”.

Read moreTale of 2 visits. Sunday went in to purchase 2 fans. None on the shelf a store associate took a set of stairs cut the plastic on the pallet and handed me 2 fans in and out in no time. Now thus morning i entered the store at 8:55 am to return a defective fan . Girl at the return desk was awesome she gets 5 stars!!! Friendly and accommodating even though I left my membership card at home. She handled my return quickly. So now it's 9am I approach who I later find out is the manager and ask her if there is someone available to get me another fan I show her where they are and where the stairs are!!! She brings the stairs In the aisle and said she needs to find something to cut the plastic with 15 minutes later returns and tells me we need the aisle stacker to retrieve the fan she leaves and I wait another 20 mins still nobody so I need to walk all the way to the front of the store for the 3rd time!!! And every time she is standing there with 3 other associates doing nothing while a regular customer waits in an aisle for an HOUR!!!!!! End of story I get home at 10:20 without a fan I go on line order a fan from Amazon and it will be here this afternoon!!! I will never shop at BJ's again!!!!! The manager needs to attend customer service training!!! If BJ's had any integrity they would return my membership fee!! But I'm sure...

I have lived in the area for about 4 years now, and have been shopping at this BJs 2-3 times a month and not once in the 4 years have I ever been so disrespected by an employee. Today I went in with my 2 yr old for groceries, and as we were exiting with our shopping cart - mind you I did not even have a stroller - the young lady working there RUDELY ignored my son who was trying to innocently hand her the receipt ; and she asked my to open my purse. I asked if there was an issue and she told me this was “ company policy “. Again, I have been shopping at this location 4 YEARS, and shopping ant BJs in general for years before that. & NOT once has ANYONE ever asked me to check my purse OR open my bag as if I was a criminal. I felt disrespected, humiliated, and beyond embarrassed in front of a LINE of people behind me, while holding my son. Cried the whole way home because I could not believe how humiliating that was and how she treated me and spoke to me in front of other people. I will never shop here again because of this. And I will be escalating my concern and complaint further. NO ONE WITHOUT A VALID REASON OR A CAUSE SHOULD BE...
