Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

I should’ve of looked at the rating/reviews, because having less than 3 Stars is not good!!

I ordered online for delivery. • The first thing was the was the delivery was marked complete and then marked delivered but I didn’t get my food till maybe 10-15min after that. So of course I was worried my food was delivered to the wrong address or something.

• Then on the app I can put that something is wrong with my order, but no option to put that I never received my food and then it just gives you a % off a future order. No I wanted a refund. I was about to call the store about the issue when my door rang with my order. The delivery guy was very kind, I did tell him I got worried because it said my order was delivered (over 10min before he arrived)

• I ordered a plain (light) sauce and stuffed cheesy bread. The pizza was over cooked and dry. I ordered with no garlic on the crust and it still had that on it. The cheesy bread was better but still on the over cooked side and didn’t seem like it was cheese stuffed.

Ordered online and the tracker said the order was ready at 8:36pm my husband had to wait 15 extra minutes and then they gave my order to someone else. My husband then had to wait 20 more minutes for the new order. When he gets home it’s a plain pie when I paid for extra cheese and pepperoni. My husband then goes back to the store and they told him 6 minutes. 25 minutes later he is still waiting for the pie !!!!!! It wasn’t until 9:50pm that he finally was given then pie that was left sitting on the counter by the other employee who had the nerve to give an attitude. Keep in mind we live across the highway so the distance in the drive did not impact the time. And to make matters worse, I am pregnant and I have been craving dominos, the pie ended up being terrible - no surprise there. LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES AND DO NOT ORDER FROM...

Total waste of my money. I have order 2 different pizza with different toppings and sauces and ruined my order twice my making a plain pizza in my order which I never order and when we went back to them for asking what happened about the order and the guy on the register refused that they have made a mistake and then manager came from back room and started giving an attitude and started conversation by saying that we will give you a free large pizza in your next order. Like seriously, you can’t make my current order right and you are that sure we will be back for your nasty free pizza.
