Mill Rock Gathering — Restaurant in Old Saybrook

Mill Rock Tavern in Old Saybrook has quickly become one of our favorite spots. The food is incredible and some of the best Italian dishes we’ve had in the area, and they nail the American bar classics too. From perfectly cooked pasta with rich, flavorful sauces to crispy wings and juicy burgers, everything tastes fresh and homemade. The “apizza” is exceptional and a real standout at this restaurant.

What really makes it special is the atmosphere. It’s laid back and welcoming, the kind of place where you can unwind and actually enjoy your meal without any fuss. The beer and wine they serve pairs perfectly with the food.

Our kids absolutely love the mini-golf out back! it keeps them entertained while we relax, and it turns dinner into a fun night out for the whole family.
