This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a necklace in November a month before Christmas and it hasn’t moved from the post office in several weeks. I understand due to Covid-19, there will be delays therefore all I asked the company was to cancel it days before Christmas because I would need to buy a different gift. The company insisted they would replace the item for me by December 18 and with no cost provide me with One day shipping via Air. They said I should expect delivery by December 20. I gave them ample time since the first order and agreed that if it was indeed here before Christmas I don’t need a refund. By December 23, I called the post office myself and gave them the tracking number. They said that the company never sent the product via air they only paid for regular standard shipping. By hearing this I was so fed up that I requested a refund and I would not settle for anything else than a refund. They offered me 20 percent on December 23 and promised me that if it is not here by December 24, I shall expect the 100 percent refund. Well, I called on December 24, 25, and 26. They are still giving me the run around and one representative is trying to give me 20% , another representative is trying to give me 30% and a different one said 50 percent. I explained a myriad of times I cannot settle for less than 100 percent because I was promised. I was even promised in email as well. They are beyond disorganized, do not record phone conversations so it is all hearsay between co workers, and go back on their word. I have never dealt with a company like this. I am 7 months pregnant and have placenta issues so my child can come anytime at 8 months instead of 9, completely stressed out with the holidays and the least they can do is give me what they promised instead of having me stressed every single day. I have no idea how they are still in business and operating. They should be shut down. I have no choice but to explain this to my bank so I can try to get my refund. If I can put 0...

'Eve's Addiction'... :) Name could Not be More Apropos.. LOVE Eve's- One of my favorite companies in terms of gifts and accessories.

I have shopped Eve's for about 6+ Years and

Items are Beautiful ~ Elegant -yet-'Fun' for All ages-- Perfect for BOTH/ All GIFTS and Self

Wide range yet Not so wide that their quality is compromised

Ship relatively quickly

At time, I first discovered Eve's on-line, as I was 'researching' products for memorial jewelry items for my late Father-- Purchased rings for myself and 3 sisters w/ the fam birthstones

But since then have used them for many gifts to friends-family- even a charity raffle

My best friend has worn one of the photo lockers w/ her child's pic on it for years now ( 'No,' not just when I see gen-- apparently she really wears it every day)

A floating charm necklace was a huge hit w/ my 14-year old niece Her parents too very approving of it!

I just now ordered a heart locket -- gift 'Self-to-Self!' - a memorial one of my Dad, as I personally always wanted the locket. ( my sisters had wanted the Rings more, so the rings had been my Original and First order w/ Eve's ) ]

'Granted'-- Eve's is not "Tiffany's"-- 'fine.'

Eve's items have a 'flare' to then that gives them that specialness that can reflect the wearer's / or receiver's persona or spirit.

I love personalized jewelry and gifts and decided to try out Eve's Addiction. I was excited about the product variety but will NOT be ordering from Eve's Addiction again! I paid for special shipping which was fulfilled and delivered quickly; However, I am unhappy with everything else. The product is not of great quality as described and the engraving is barely visible. The men's bracelet is much larger than any other brands I've ordered previously and unable to be adjusted. The metal used was described as being stainless steel, but this only described PART of the metal used, very misleading. I spent quite a bit of money on this gift and do NOT feel comfortable giving it as a gift to anyone, let alone my loved one. Before adding extras, the bracelet is advertised as "on sale for $126" no part of this bracelet is worth any bit of that cost. My purchase qualified for a free gift, I received earrings that are not of any real materials and also unable to be worn; as I realize this was a free gift, I'll mention I have received many free gifts as promotional offers from spending so much money at other companies (Macy's, for example) that have been AMAZING quality, real materials, & years later, I am still wearing. I hope not everyone's experience is like mine, but I am VERY UNHAPPY with this company & unable to recuperate any lost time and money from this experience. Lesson learned; even at a discounted price, I will not be shopping at Eve's...
