The Chick-fil-A in Olive Branch Mississippi will not let me dash here anymore. They say that I was swearing and yelling in the restaurant and they claim that the runners of the operation were in the kitchen. I don’t believe it. I believe this woman named Kathy who hollered at me to keep my mouth shut and then I was treated very well at their restaurant. I dashed there for two years and I never had a problem and all the employees love me so because of that and Kathy and her big mouth because I don’t remember saying much of anything and I’ve asked him several times to look at the tape and they said oh well the tape you can’t hear the sound and I said well you can certainly see what happened and whose lips were moving and what was going on, but none of them would listen the manager or any of them so in the meantime, I’ve been sucked right out of my living because somebody in there didn’t like me and I don’t know who that was unless it was Kathy when I first went through this I said please don’t fire her but at this point since I’m losing money every day because I cannot dash our Uber there or his other one on get well in South Haven i’m losing money a lot of it. They told me I was banned for life now this is a Christian organization I don’t know maybe I need to paste Bible pages all over their windows that talk about compassion that talk about forgiveness. It’s in the Bible a lot of times, but they don’t feel they have to do that. They feel like they can run their little empire and do whatever they want. Well I am not happy. They need to apologize to me rather than me do anything for them. they’re liars. They didn’t hear me doing anything anyone that has DoorDash that knows there’s a four dollar order and it’s taking 10 minutes to get it and you ask what’s up with the order and they say that the kitchen hasn’t prepared it Yet and you get a little bit upset and say maybe well what’s up with the Kichen and Her? I understand it and for that I got yelled at by a cleaning lady. I got told I was special. I waited in line to order my food every day just like everybody else does cause I eat my lunch there every day I order food to bring home to my family there. I don’t know you’re not very Christian. I’m Christian. I’m also a Masonic Christian that means I’m Jewish. I feel maybe I was picked on for my religion maybe who knows but they’re not very nice people. They banned me for life after I’ve been really really good to them for over two years. Never had a problem never had a comp complaint. Never had missed order never had any of that and they take me off of DoorDash and Uber because somebody hollered at me. They need to fire Kathy and they need to apologize to me. I did complain to you before and all I got from the director of the restaurant was I’m sorry you had a bad time at the restaurant. Next time you come in hopefully will be better blah blah blah. Read moreWhen you head the leader pack in any industries, your visibility and ultimately the scrutiny that results from your popularity increases greatly. I found out last night that Chick-fil-A is not immuned from common challenges that we all face in the rapid service and fast food business... On an average, perhaps on the light side Saturday evening crowd, we had to wait extra time for my wife's salad. The impeccable hospitality skills of that company kicked in and we had at least two visits to update us and apologize. Once our meal was served, we discussed the fact that the size of the salad had reduced from what it used to be (perhaps it's a smaller container) and I added that my perception was that the Chicken Bites seemed to get smaller and smaller over the years. Also, the salad had unpleasant chicken grizzle or something that should have not been in it. OK, for some, saying anything against Chick-fil-A is taboo, I get it. But eventually we are all accountable. I found it also interesting that I was not offered any dipping sauce for my 12 pack, but I am sure, I would have got one delivered to my table immediately if I would have asked. On our way out, I tried to empty my tray in the automated return station / compactor but it refused to open no matter what gesture I did, so I left my trash on top of the unit. Ordered through the app like usual and was understanding about the long wait when I arrived to get my food because it was during the busy lunchtime. However, the young lady brought my food to curbside and repeated my entire order including the condiments. I normally visit the Getwell at Southaven location and they NEVER miss the mark, so I didn’t check my bag. Halfway home I opened the bag to eat a fry and they were OLD, COLD, and DRY as hell. Dug in the bag to find sauce to make it better and there was none of the sauces I asked for in the bag! I ordered and paid for a club sandwich but got a regular sandwich and the chicken looked dry and thrown together. There was no way I was going to throw $30 down the drain, this is my second time at this location and the food was absolutely terrible. I took the food back and requested a refund which takes 2-3 days! That’s sad because they were so quick to serve me bad food but now I gotta wait 3 days for a refund??? The manager was very professional and apologized but I was over it after waiting over 30 minutes for my order only to have to turn around and fight through that parking lot traffic to return this order.
The entire parking situation is disastrous and that’s putting it lightly. If you park in a parking spot, good luck trying to get out! The parking spaces are commingling with the drive thru traffic and it’s a nightmare.
I will never cheat on the Southaven Getwell location ever again. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the staff is so much better in Southaven. Olive Branch please retrain...
