Being exhausted and finally saying to myself enough is enough due to my many nights of uncomfortable sleep , waking up with back pain , feeling tired in the mornings I went out feeling hopeless searching for relief. I was worried I would have been walking into a non honest “ car dealership “ like environment that would sucker me into overpaying for something that wouldn’t help me and that I didn’t really need . But ! That is not what happened ! Mr. Dean was in the store and he helped me to find exactly what I needed . Mr. Dean did not try to sell me something I didn’t need . Admittedly I hadn't purchased a mattress in 10 years. So I was a bit shocked by the sticker prices, but of course everything goes up in cost! Upon arriving at Matress Firm, Tony, the store manager, immediately eased every concern & apprehension with his laid back yet thorough approach to finding our (my wife & myself) comforts & preferences. He was more transparent than any store associate/manager I've dealt with in recent years. He had a wealth of knowledge & his priority was ensuring that we made decisions solely based on our sleep needs & Mattress Firm's approach to customer satisfaction, outside of just the mattresses that they offer. Tony Jones was the sales associate who helped us out, he was awesome! He showed us what we came in to look at and then showed us the upgraded version and we fell in love with it, it was perfect for what we were looking for. Tony was so helpful and informative, he knew the in's and out's of the way we sleep and what would work best for us and also the adjustable base's, he never pressured us to purchase more than what we came in for but informed us of what we were getting and let us decide. He was so nice and helpful. We ended up buying a king mattress, a queen mattress, 2 adjustable bases, 4 pillows, 2 mattress cover's and 2 sets of sheets, he worked out a great deal for us.
