Update 7 18 2024: After years of fabulous food & service, something has changed. As I do probably twice a month, I ordered on the Lennys app. The food was fresh & tasty good but the sandwiches were sloppily made and loosely wrapped. That's okay, you get new people, they learn.
But, in addition to our food, I'd ordered one of their limited time hotdogs to see if it would be good for a group activity I want to cater at work. Well, don't you know I didn't get the hot dog and one of my cookies. I called and the first young lady who sounded new said I could come pick them up. I said that defeated the purpose of paying a $5 delivery fee and tip. I asked if I could just get a refund and she said I'd have to bring my receipt in and I pointed out she's looking at the receipt in her computer and the delivery fee thing...
She transferred me to a young man who was on the warpath. He was short with me to the point of being rude. He said I needed to take it up with Door Dash which is who Lennys contracts with to perform the actual delivery. I told him I paid my money to Lennys on Lennys app. Finally he was gone a long time but came back and said his manager would refund it but wait up to a week to see it.
So it's been a week and I call. First I'm told it's been too long. Them I'm told that since I chose Door Dash I have to take it up with them. I told the young lady that I didn't choose Door Dash. She can't understand I ordered from Lennys. Has she seen her own web site?
She left for quite a while and returned saying that her manager also says I went through Door Dash and I have to contact them for missing items. The manager was too busy to talk to me & doesn't mind losing a regular customer & a catering order over a hotdog & a cookie.
I know how the mistake happened. Their computer recognized that the lemonade, hotdog and cookie ordered separately made a combo. It put that at the bottom of the receipt. It made hard for the eye to notice it was part of the list above. This was a learning opportunity for employees.
I'll miss Lennys but it just feels like betrayal when a company I supported for so long changes like this.
ORIGINAL POST We ordered in and we were amazed by the freshness, quality, attention to detail and above all taste. All requests such as "no onions" and "no mayo but 2 packets on the side" were fulfilled 100% accurately. That's...

I ordered our company a big order for Employee Appreciation Day and though it was 24 hours in advance, it started it rocky and something in my gut said, this might not be the place. I still insisted because this location is somewhere we trusted in the past. The caterer had so many excuses about handling my order and when tried to order by phone, I was first directed to order by web, knowing it was a limit when it came to company catering. It was a headache. Eventually, the caterer takes down my order, but shared that I must be the one to pick up, but that shouldn't matter because it would get picked up by management for payment. I normally, go in and everything is perfect, not sure if under new management, but it was not the best of service. We get our food here, and boxes were marked turkey and inside all were roast beef and same for american club were all instead turkey and etc. I called to complain, but the caterer was the manager. He said, if I'd of come instead I could have checked the sandwiches before I got to work to be sure they are correct or at least share with team, that sandwiches in box isn't right check it first. It is covid 1st off, nobody's eating food others are touching. It was a catastrophe. Most people don't eat pork and beef were furious because it was in their hands. I felt bad for them. This is a place that used to be our go to hot spot, but now it's a no go! Check your food before hand. Not a cool experience. Management...
Read moreTerrible service! None of the employees were wearing their masks correctly. We went in and ordered for takeout. I needed to use the restroom while waiting but there were 2 chairs blocking the hallway to the bathroom. I asked if the restrooms were open and the boy simply said no. So I asked why and he said because they had been cleaned already. It was 7:30! The place is open until 9! I stepped over the chairs and went to the restroom anyway. There was no toilet paper and no soap in the restroom. I opened the bottle of softsoap and ran water in it to get enough soap to wash my hands. After I came back out they moved the chairs closer together to block off the hallway better. I ordered a chicken philly sandwich. The chicken was tough and the bread was soggy. Could have gotten into the line that stretched out into the street across the way at chic-fil-a and recieved a better quality meal much faster. I won't...
