Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Olive Branch

First time coming here due to meeting up with a friend and had heard of others going here often, so I had decent enough hope. The waitress was very friendly, even if seemed like after we got our food it was hard to track her down. I had the lunch special wings, as did my friend. I heard my friend say “snack” and she grabbed the waitress before she got to the kitchen to say she wanted the small, and the waitress said she -did- order a small, but it was a snack size and rang up like a snack. After 3 boneless wings, it was too spicy for me to handle, even though it was a ‘mild’ sauce, but that’s my fault for choosing it so I don’t blame them for it. I Ate my fries, and even asked about how much a individual plate of fries would be, and the waitress said she would bring me some- never saw them. Didn’t really get a chance to ask because I didn’t see her until she asked if I wanted a to go box.

My alcoholic drink seemed to not be alcoholic at all (for 8 bucks), and I rarely ever drink. I know it sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I drink -maybe- once every couple of months, so no tolerance, and I had an empty stomach. Felt absolutely nothing and a single smirnoff screw driver normally makes me giddy. Even my friend said it didn’t taste like there was alcoholic, just really sweet.

My friend’s chicken appeared to be a little off colored, but we weren’t 100% sure if it was pink or the lightning so we didn’t bring it up, just picked around it. It was hard to get her attention anyways. Again, she was super friendly, just not observant.

So we sat waiting for her to come back so we could get our checks, that took quite a while, and she would pass us often but never where we can ask. When we did get the checks, it was another long wait for our cards to be taken. I didn’t want to tip at all honestly, but my mom raised me waitressing so benefit of the doubt and I tipped 5 bucks.

Honestly though, I don’t see myself coming back unless someone else is treating. I just can’t justify spending 20 bucks plus a 5 dollar tip for service I am...

Today my husband and I stopped in for LUNCH 11/12. Was greeted and told us to sit wherever we would like. There was a waiter (pregnant Caucasian) in the back area and a waiter in the front area who was waiting the tables in front. My husband and I being the ONLY African American in the back was not waited on by the waiter that was waiting the tables in the back. However she did place down our menus and told us that another waiter would be right with us. Didn’t think anything of it then just thought maybe she was going to lunch or whatever, about 15 minutes later still no waiter. Next 2 new parties walked in that were Caucasian and they was waited on by the waiter in the back. The front waiter then comes to take our order and apologizing for the wait and while we are being the only back table that she has all while waiting on the tables in the front. She was doing the best that she could but I do find the back waitress to be racist and careless and shouldn’t obviously be working with the public. It wasn’t fair to the service that we received all because of the back waiter showing discrimination and wanted to doodle on her phone. My large family of 9 come here all the time but today was the worst and have been on my mind all day needless to say no actions may not even happen against her. Did call the store and report to Taylor but also wanted it to be publicly told sense an apology was all that was saw fit to do which was ok but expected more remorse. My experience on tonight was by far the worst experience ever in history. I eat here quite often and the restaurant is never clean. The restroom Smells like a relaxer from the beauty shop. Anyways that’s the besides the point. We sat with Abigail and she was extremely rude. I know that things can go wrong in the kitchen but she was completely unapologetic and showed no empathy what’s so ever. We waited over an hour for our food. She never came back to check on us or give any update until I asked another team member for the manager. She comes back to the table and says “I was getting the manager before yall even asked” STILL no empathy no apology or no explanation. My friend food and fries came out ice cold. The manager came and still no apology just stated that he would give a discount. The manger in took $3 off my tab. It wasn’t about the discount it was about the piss poor service. The cleanliness of this place is at an all time 0. I will not be returning. The customer service is below zero especially for the server that we had. I will be contacting the health department to do an expectation and corporate. My advice for the sever is even on your bad days show up as your best.
