Let me start off with saying this, I came to this establishment to reconcile whatever indifference this manager has with my daughter. My daughter started working here in March 2024 right after spring break. She is a hard worker and goes above what her employer expects. She has missed one unexcused day since her start day. She asked to be scheduled off the rest of the days to which her manager Brian gave her. Since she’s missed that day comments have been made to her holding her job over her head for the one day missed. This employer has had several other employees who can be late or even no call no show with no repercussions. I came in today to reconcile what may be Brian’s issue with my daughter and he called her a liar and that he was not going to deal with drama. Well Mr. Brian I am sorry but she is not a liar and she will not be accused of starting drama when I have watched her plenty of nights closing being barked around by your wife who belittles my daughter and treats her obviously unfairly compared to all the other employees who are at play every time it’s closing time. If you could respectfully hold a conversation with me about what the real issue was, my daughter would still be under your management. I will not allow my daughter to be disrespected! Thank you for the experience you gave her but you are very unprofessional and obviously favor who best suites your needs. Read moreI’m so tired of paying top dollar for low quality food and lackluster customer service. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I like my food fresh and hot, but it seems like the employees of this restaurant are lazy and may like to prepare a certain amount of food ahead of time and just leave it on standby until the customers order it. They do even have the decency to put it under a heat lamp! This generation of people are just so lowdown, lazy and PATHETIC!!! And they’re the main ones who are voluntarily signing up to work in customer service jobs and they don’t have quality customer service skills and they haven’t been trained in quality cooking and don’t care about learning either. I was so mad this evening when I drove away from the drive-thru to find that my order was not right after I’d paid $20 of my hard earned money. They never like preparing the baked wings, which is the EASIEST thing on the menu to prepare, and they usually tell lies by saying they just ran out of the baked wings most times when I ask for them. Read moreOh my goodness. This Abbay's is beyond belief! We sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before we were told they were just starting to cook the chicken we ordered! We got asked 3 times in a row if we even ordered the chicken. We observed five people standing around inside doing nothing while the number of cars behind us increased. The car in front of us still didn't get theirs before we left. Finally, my husband asked if there was ANYTHING that was already ready at 5:45 p.m. After yet another ten minutes, they handed us the fish. If there are people standing around talking while we wait, it's an obvious failure of management to prepare the food and have it ready. In conclusion, if they didn't have a cook or any other problem causing such low delays, then tell us and let us go somewhere else!
