Love it here. They usually have very knowledgable staff and they are always nice. Used games have been impeccable quality no scratches, and I inspect mine before walking away from counter. Never had issues with games not playing. They always have plenty of selection. Pretty ordered a game and had no issues with that. They have lots of goodies that make cool gifts for gamers or just big kids. Free stuff when points build up and that is...

So I bring my kids here to get a game and there’s a sign on the door saying, “Sorry, Be back soon. 4:30pm - 5:30pm. However, its 5:50 and theirs a young lady sitting behind the counter watching people walk up to the door and leave…even through the sign says they will be back at 5:30. We’d been waiting patiently for 25 minutes. Others are in their car waiting and have been waiting longer than us.

Worst customer service ever.. You have to call back to back to back just to get one of they funky ahh to answer the phone.. the woman and the guy that answered had a nasty attitude when I asked for more information on my order.. I paid 60$ for same day delivery but turns out that shh is a joke. More like next...
