Doos Donuts — Restaurant in Olympia

I stopped by today for the first time at 12:30pm. My partner had previously bought donuts from here & brought our French bulldog with him as well. He raved about how friendly the staff was and how the donuts were great. He told me it was worth checking out and encouraged me to visit myself. Well I bought 2 donuts today- a chocolate frosted donut and a maple bar. The chocolate frosted donut was soooo stale, it was obvious it was old. If you’re going to sell donuts that are old, you should let your customers know in advance. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the maple bar was good and because you were open to our French bulldog entering your shop when my partner visited your shop a few weeks ago. Edit: I had to come back and update my review because the owners have really stepped up their vegan donut game. We have had some really delicious and fun donuts in the past few months and we really love them now. I'll leave my previous review, but it's no longer accurate. Definitely check them out on the weekends for vegan donuts and say thank you to them for continuing to work to provide more options.

Once again I've arrived before 930 to find them closed for the day. Based on the lack of reliability it is silly to waste your time driving to this place. Donuts might be good, and I guess they have some idea of driving demand, but it's a waste of time and I find that disrespectful. Listing the hours on Google as 7-4 is blatantly misleading and could easily be fixed to give customers a more accurate idea of what to expect. For whatever reason this business is not willing to do that. They apparently want people showing up and leaving unhappy. This...
