I pray and wish the owner of this subway has access to store footage. I pulled up and was walking in the directions of the arrows on the windows a friendly faced man motioned for me to go the other way, so I did he met me at the door and OPENED it allowing me inside. Once in the heavy set white lady could’ve been 45 years or older completely unhinged. Is looking at me like I had 9 eyes so I say, my bad I seen the arrows so I was going that way. She then asks me what are u doing here we’re closed. Again I say my bad I didn’t know I thought yall stayed open late. She replied really nasty its 9:57 we close at 10 mind u Im still at the door backing out while she’s talking. So I said my bad I didn’t know yall was closed damn! She starts clapping and yelling for me to get out. I’m frozen in bewilderment most likely standing there looking silly. So she grabs the phone begins to call 9-1-1!!! I said ur gonna call them and say I didn’t know yall were closed!?? The man the slowly approached me and said sorry I exclaimed I didn’t know yall were closed damn! I’m leaving. She then grabs a pan that the used to toast the subs and throws it at me!!! Hitting my thigh. So now I’m really shocked my teenager gets out the car as I throw 3 oven mits back at her all of them going different directions. So now she’s screaming at the top of her lungs for me to get out so I screamed back at the top of my lungs. My son is now at the stores’ door so I just turn around usher him to our vehicle and we leave. This wildly rude and unprofessional sub artist was completely insane. My mind is still blown and its been an hour ago. Her yelling clapping calling the police, When in all reality a simple oh we’re closed, ok sorry then exits was what should have occurred but this unhinged tweaker couldn’t use her words and communicate like a manager to a customer who was by no means disgruntled or rude. I was not expecting her to service us at 9:57 I wouldn’t have even pulled up and got out had I known. The man could’ve just said we’re closed instead of signaling to go to the door. He could’ve even just said that when he opened the door for me. So I say all that to say this DO NOT GO THERE!!! u never know what might happen to you. Read morePSA:: EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE at this Subway, 4055 Martin Way E Lacey WA. Today 05/24/2025, at approximately 9:10pm, my family and I walked into the store to purchase 6 footlong sandwiches, two separate orders with three sandwiches each order. The lady immediately went into panic mode and acted as if I just ordered 20 sandwiches. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she started speaking to me with high anxiety and asked me questions in a very rapid pace. She asked me if I knew the three sandwiches for the first order and then asked me to write them down for her while she finished making a sandwich that was for an Uber driver for that she was almost finished with. So she hands me a long receipt paper and a marker, and while I was writing them down she was making snarky comments like "I guess I'm not getting out of here on time, here I thought I was getting out of here early". I did ask if they're open until 10pm, which she then confirmed and very rudely stated "Yes but I'm the only one here". She was not the only one there. There were two gentlemen in the lobby that were clearly waiting for her to get off of work, and one of them was even sweeping the floor for her and tending to the lobby. Her anxiety gave me anxiety, so I then began shaking trying write down my order, which I've NEVER had to do. I then began writing down the wrong words because now I'm going to slow and I'm speaking to her and writing and the same time. My mom actually had to walk out of the store because of this. This lady had no professional conduct or courtesy and has absolutely NO business working in the hospitality industry. Our entire experience was rushed and she continued to make snarky comments while adding toppings to our sandwiches. When we got home we realized the bread was old and hard on four of those sandwiches we paid for, and none of them were even toasted. We couldn't even eat them. All that money, wasted. I so wish corporate investigates and looks into her actions. There must be consequences. If you are the worker who treated us this way and reads this review, I want you to know that there's actual work out there that you could be doing and enjoy. If you don't like your job, move on. It's that simple. No one deserves to be treated like the way you treated us. Noticed how I still tipped you? Oh and thank you for making me feel like an inconvenience. Read moreThe customer service at this location was very disappointing. I arrived in the drive thru at 8:25pm with two cars in front of me waiting for meals. The two cars received their meals and I payed for my wife’s meal (6 inch tuna sandwich on wheat) at 8:34pm. While waiting in the drive thru after making payment (via debit), my wife and I noticed other customers had walked into the Subway, received their meals, and left the restaurant with their food. 8:55pm comes around without receiving my wife’s meal, so I leave the drive thru and walk into the Subway. I came in and asked the worker, Casey, for a refund of my money. I tried to show her my receipt and that I had been waiting in the drive thru for over 20 mins with no meal. She stated, “How do I know you have been in the drive thru?” I stated, “From my receipt you will see that you took payment from me at 8:34pm. I have been waiting in the drive thru every since. I would like my money back.” She stated that she could not give me my money back because she doesn’t know how too. My wife comes in and request the money back in cash and she stated that she could not because it would make her drawer short. She stated that her manager would not be back at the restaurant until Monday. We left without food and without getting a refund. I am highly disappointed in the service my wife and I received here.
