I've been coming to this store for over 15 years and i was extremely disappointed of the cashier how rude he was 6,.6.2025 time approximately 1:30 pm when it was ready to check out to learn that this business does not accept cash. In a time when many people still rely on cash for budgeting, privacy, or necessity, it's unacceptable to exclude an entire group of customers simply because they choose not to use cards or mobile payments. I came in ready to make a purchases, but was turned away because he didnt want to break my $100 bill i told him you can check verifi whatever you wanna do to verify . But was absolutely rude I asked to speak with a manager he said no one is available I asked for a name. Didn't give me a name nothing. Turned me me away. Ok lovers thanks for the 15 years. BEYOND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE!!! I really have to give it up for this place! I had defect issues with a product and I let them know about it abd they exchanged it for a new one. But that's not all. This toy was also defective and I called and explained what happened and the lovers rep reached out to their manager and offered a replacement of another item of equal value. Needless to say, I got a toy that would actually last, with a great warranty. Lovers didn't have to exchange my defective product, they could've made me go through the manufacturer, but they didn't. They resolved my issued TWICE. They have a one time exception policy, but they were understanding with my frustration. I should say though that they definitely don't do this...

Definitely wont be making another trip to lover's, i found something that I wanted to purchase for my girlfriend online so once I went to the store I could just pick it up. Upon entering the store ,one the associates greeted me and began her spill about the different things the store has to offer. I explained that I know what I wanted and where it was located she then began to ask me what it was. I was already nervous about being there but she diffently made it more uncomfortable by asking prying questions and ince I made my selection she began to tell me why the product wasnt a good choice and asked why I choose that particular one.
