Arby's — Restaurant in Omaha

I want to commend the management and crew of this Arby’s. I worked fast food for years at a franchise that focused on detail and cleanliness and I watch out for the finite details when I eat out at chains. The management of this location have nailed both of these. Second time I’ve been here and the staff have been nothing but friendly and focused. The food came out insanely fast and the roast beef was very good. Fries were ok but I guess I am not much of a fan of the curly fries as I used to be. The money was well spent for what I got. The final kiss of grace’ was that their iced tea was fresh and tasty. Most restaurant’s iced tea absolutely sucks and is always old.

The manager was saying hello to regulars, directing the crew around for various tasks, ensuring the lobby was constantly being cleaned after customers, and checking accuracy of orders. I cannot stress at how good this...

Grabbed lunch on the way to work. After waiting longer than expected (because they were redoing their parking lot) got my food and rushed to make it on time to eat. Sat down only to find that it isn't what I ordered so I tried calling only to find that there number listed is no longer in service. So now I am typing this because what I got is nasty (I tried a bite because something is better than nothing. The surprise was that there was some other sauces on it besides the cheese I saw) and have no way to see what could be done about it since the only way to talk to them is apparently in the busy drive thru since the sit down is closed and they don't have a working phone number

LOVE this Arbys they are always fresh and the food is great as with the staff every single one of them deserve a raise because there customer service is 100% on point and they are always ready to help make your day great and also the service from taking the order to delivery is on point love that our food is always fresh and hot and when you need a side of sauses or napkins they have already taken care of it. Been a regular at this Arbys on 133 maple for more years than I can count also love they stay open longer than most Arbys because I work nights. Everything about them is true and authentic the people are the best and I feel better after leaving whether it be dining in or through the drive-thru!!!!
