Warning review with a side of PUBIC HAIR!

I'm all about honest reviews and my guest and I love old school places like this one. So here it goes.

At first glance the place looks charming.

Upon entry the smell of stagnant 3 day old grease is quite unappealing. We were hungry and ordered anyways.

Took a while longer than expected. A young man who came in a while after us ordered the same burger that I did and left before us. (I think he knew the cashier, she must had given our order to him instead)

Our meal finally came, but to my horror and disbelief my drink had HAIR on it! Looked like PUBIC HAIR honestly (*look at the photo and see for yourself)

The famous "bronco burger" was a cheap undercooked, a dry thin slice of meat scraps stuffed between awful stale tasting buns. The entirety of the meal reminded me of a McDonald's meal you stuffed in the fridge and decided to eat a couple days later. Literally!

The fries were sitting under a hot spot light not fresh! Tasted like a pile of soiled paper towels soaked in grease. Flavorless, Limp and cold

The soda drinks had little to no fizz.

My guest ordered a chicken burger and left sick to her stomach her verdict : Tasted like an over cooked flat greasy chicken nugget squished between stale buns. Dry and tasteless. She couldn't finish.

The location was unclean, the table tops were filthy with layers of crusty leftovers. Cups were dirty.

The cooks and cashiers were inappropriately loud. Lastly... I was absolutely shocked to see the cooks making burgers without gloves or hair nets a Serious lawsuit waiting to happen.

We left with a nauseating feeling. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a bite to eat. Not worth the risk not worth the money! I would stay away!

And believe me I'm a foodie. I've tried all sorts of foods in the oddest places, I try my best to find the good.it has to be a pretty bad bad place for me to write a review like this.

That was my first and will be the last time that I will ever go to that burger chain! No way!Not.

I have been eating at this location for 30 years and now I will never go back. The food quality has consistently gone down and we're frequently getting cold french fries and old cold burgers. today we ordered food without mustard even though we like it hoping we would get fresh food but, it was very obvious that they had pulled mustard covered toppings off of old burgers and put new toppings on because there were little teeny spots of mustard all over the buns. I called and spoke to the manager about this, who insisted that wasn't what happened but our daughter's plain cheeseburger was hot and ours were not and I only wish I had taken a picture to share with you before I threw them away. Ultimately, the manager hung up on me and refused to give me a refund or replace the food on a different day unless I brought it back in. The food had already been discarded. given how little the manager cares about customer service, it is obvious why this location's quality is dropping. I certainly hope the owners figure it out before this becomes another property that the medical center owns. They have now lost my 30 plus years of business at the Leavenworth location due to the poor food quality and the lack of response from the management responsible for the product they're...

This was a 4.5 to 5 star place. In my absence of 18 mos something happened. Last night was my third and final trip to this location.

First the staff professionalism has really dropped off. Talking loud and peppered with foul language and playing music not suitable for children.. Their attitude towards customers is sub par.

Last night I witnessed a customer being treated with disrespect when she brought to the counter person attention about a order that was wrong.

Which speaking of how do you run out of meat by 7pm? The had some pre-made Hamburgers that been sitting in the heat lamp since God knows when but I assure you it was a long time. The same can be said of the Chicken.. It is bad enough that the chicken was sitting under the heat lamp for some time. (Dry as the Mojave Desert, FYI ) I wait 7 mins for garlic bread to be made before my cold, old chicken could be served

I really could go on but I don't have the time.

I will be hard pressed befoe I ever come back. Hint: fire all the current staff especially those who think it is a good idea to have a smoke break, street view 5' from the door and playing...
