We were very disappointed with our experience at Nebraska Medicine Labor & Delivery in Omaha. We came to visit our daughter and meet our new grandson, bringing our two young grandchildren along. From the moment we arrived, the staff member who greeted us was rude and unhelpful.
Our son-in-law is in the Air Force, and all of our family is over five hours away, so this moment was especially important to us. Unfortunately, we were met with poor communication and a cold, unwelcoming environment. The waiting area was not family-friendly, and despite the baby being born over an hour ago, we were not allowed to see our daughter or grandson.

Read moreNot impressed AT ALL with customer service to family members at Nebraska Medicine Labor & Delivery in Omaha. We traveled 5 hours to keep my sister's boys while she had baby #3 and after we arrived to take them to see their new baby brother, we were met with gruffness. When we tried to turn the TV on for my nephews (2 & 3) we were asked what we were doing.. Did not feel like a friendly or inviting environment for family to welcome a new blessing. Glad I've had all my babies in Missouri...

I had to come in for some reduced fetal movement after hours on a Sunday and they got me in within about 10 minutes from the time I called. Everyone was so so kind and helpful and helped my anxiety so much even though baby ended up being fine and showing us movement as soon as they hooked him up to the monitors (little stinker) I am so thankful for everyone here and the way I was treated. I...
