Burger King — Restaurant in Omaha

So I decided to try the big king 2 for $5 since I couldn't remember how it was before and my experience was a disaster. So I pulled up to the drive thru and there was 3 cars ahead of me which was no problem so I thought. I ordered my food and was in line for over twenty minutes. When I finally got to the window I received my food fast which I was happy about until I checked the temperature of my food. I wish I could say it was hot but it was not so I had to do everything I could to get the ladies attention. To my surprise when I asked after waiting so long why would my food not be hot and she replied that does not make any sense. I reached in my bag and grabbed one of my sandwiches and attempted to hand it to her and her response was I'm not touching your food. So I asked once again about why food was not hot and she stated they can make me another two sandwiches so I said ok. After a quick stare contest I asked again and she stated I said we can make your sandwiches again but you have to pull to the front so I said ok and pulled to the front. After waiting almost ten more minutes I went in the store and asked her what was taking so long. Her response was you never said you were waiting so I said can I get a refund and she gave me my money back. The sad part is I never got a apology and when I gave her the bag of not hot sandwiches instead of offering them for the inconvenience she took the bag and through it away. Needless to say I wasted almost forty minutes for nothing and one thing you can't buy is time and I found myself wasting life on this terrible experience. Sorry to say but Burger King will never see my money again and I hardly ever eat BK. To Burger King management you need to look at your stores customer service...

Look at the recent reviews. Store runs out of whopper patties constantly. That's literally what you guys sell. Store is also closed random times of day usually 2 hours earlier than posted times. Don't turn off signs or online ordering. Needs to be closed down to not continue hurting the brand or fire the GM. In an age of fast food failures this is a prime example. Can easily turn off orders, put out a sign up saying you can't hold employees due to mistreatment and are closed but doing nothing on top of not ordering probably is next level. Seriously turning me off burger kings altogether if a franchise can't get burgers (which is in the name) and can't figure out basic issues if needing to close early due to staff (which is clearly on management.) Been waiting a bit to post a review as I understand the industry however this is pitiful. Watched an employee served a last order drive away during open hours just now. Before hand witnessed several employees duck under the counter during open hours trying to hide also during open hours. I'm just confused at this point. Burger King why hurt your brand at this point. Some of these spots are owner operated under contract contract. This was close to my house but I'm done with Burger King at this point. For 13$ for a burger and $.20 cent of potato's and $.10 for a drink go local. Get real food with real hours/employees for $12$. While writing this review for 4 mins iv seen 7 cars try to come in during open hours. Lights were on at 9:10 pm. I had bad experiences with food places but this Burger King is another story.. Was waiting to order on the drive throu after 5minutes with no service or response drove around to see what was going on but nobody was there.. Drove around again parked and went inside to order which i shoundt since the drive throu was open.. Tried to order manager and all the staff was rude and never even talk to me even though I was standing there in front of them asked a second time didnt get a response they were eatting talking and laughing at some point a girl on the back asked me with hermouth full of food If I was from Doordash and i said no iI just wanna order some food well here goes my lunch break... Will never step foot in this place I might like burger king but will not be my burger of choice from now on .
