Horrible Service and the food wasn't cooked correctly. My wife and I went for dinner and it took almost 15 minutes just to get our drinks after we ordered them. Our waitress never came back around to see if we needed anything but she continued to check on her other 2 tables. Let me makenit clear, she only had 3 tables and they were not busy at all. She literally walked to one table and the other, having to pass us in both directions but never stopped to see if we needed anything. Our drinks were empty from over 30 minutes. We never got a refill or even asked if we wanted one. My food came out slightly burnt and my wife's food was under cooked. She sent hers back and then it came back burnt so she asked for a new one. When it finally came out, it still wasn't fully cooked like she ordered. We finally just asked for a to go box and our check. After another 15 minutes or so, we finally got our to go box and check. We paid for our check but had to wait another 10 mins for her to bring back our card. We left NO tip and will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for dinner. Its overpriced, the service is absolutely horrible, and the cooks dont know how to prepare food. I can only assume the good reviews for this...

Haven't been to a Carrabba's in a while. Pretty much since we moved to NE. We decided to go on a family lunch date, which those are always nice. We were seated almost immediately. There were very few tables occupied as we missed the lunch rush (perfect time to go) we noticed there were 2 servers on the floor. One was talking to another table about perfume and the other was flitting back and forth from their tables to the kitchen area. After about 10min of sitting we noticed the one server was still talking and the other noticed we were still sitting. That server (that's noticed we were sitting) came and asked us if we were ready to order. We were we ordered, our food came and it was wonderful. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is bc the server that was talking ended up being our server, and was very short with us as far as talking and emotion. If I wasn't there for the food and the blackberry sangria I'd give this a worse review. But I got what I went for. The service could have been a little better, but we win some and lose some. Right? Hopefully the server who was unhappy will take away a...

I never write anything but when my Valentine's Day was ruined I'm going to say something. First I made a reservation and we showed up a little early and checked in she said it would be about 25 minutes and that was fine. Told them we'd be at the bar having a drink and to let us know when are table was ready. Well 35 minutes later nothing, so we asked said we didn't have a reservation and it would be another 15 minutes. I saw the manager and told her the problem and she was so condescending and acted like I was in the wrong. Finally got a table and then the waiter finally shows up and is very rude and just hurries us with are order. Every time he would bring us are food he would just throw it on the table mumble something and run off. Not once did he ask if we needed anything or if everything was alright. Between the manager and our waiter they were the most rude and disrespectful people I've ever met in the food industry. I've been there many times before and it was good service and food but after this experience I'll never return to this establishment. They just ruined our...

We haven't eaten at Carrabba's in multiple years, Walking in on a quiet Saturday afternoon, not many people were eating, but the host said the wait was 5-10 mins. They only had 1 server, but the host was helping as well as another (maybe the manager). We didn't wait long, and honestly, we couldn't tell they were short staffed! They all pitched in together and did a fantastic job! Better service than most places that are overstaffed! The menu has notations for gluten-free options, and some items can be adjusted to be gluten-free! Our appetizer was the Cozze in Bianco, Delicious 😋 one of the best! I had Filet & Shrimp Pasta Toscana (GF Pasta) and was divine! Cooked perfectly. Spouse had The Johnny Tio & enjoyed it alot! He got Italian bread with herb/olive oil too. Well done, Carrabba's, service & food was fantastic!

You ever go to a place and the food wasn't very memorable, so much so that you go to the same place 6 months later and realize, "wait a minute, I've actually tried this before". Well yup, that happened to me. Both times I ordered a fettucini alfredo with chicken to go. Both times I realized afterwards there wasn't enough sauce, and it was just wasted calories in the end. You foodies out there...I know, I know, you wouldn't go to a chain restaurant in the first place. Yes, I'm fully aware that they don't really have Fettucini Alfredo in Italy...I'm not arguing those points. What I am saying is if you have a craving for that, maybe choose a different thing on the menu. Also as a nice reminder, now I'm getting commercials on YouTube because I looked this place up. But hey, the caesar salad was fine.
