10/23/21: We have been customers of Godfathers for many years. That may end after tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas online for pickup. I looked on the site for a coupon code, but it wouldn't accept it on the order. I added a note to please apply the coupon. When I went to pick up the pizza, I mentioned that I'd been unable to use the coupon code online. I was told they saw my note, but they weren't able to adjust the amount I was charged. I asked if they could give us a cookie in place of the discount. The young man at the counter went to ask his manger. He returned saying he was told they couldn't do that. I then asked to speak to the manager. Again he went off to relay the message. He came back and told me she said she was too busy to talk to me. Before leaving, I asked the young men at the front counter for the name of their manager. "Cali", they said. When I asked for her last name, I was told they didn't know. I asked them to go ask her for her last name. Cali again told them she was too busy. Too busy to give me her last name. Too busy to speak to a paying customer. Well I'm not too busy to report this to you. And I'm not too busy to report this on Google and Nextdoor and Yelp and TripAdvisor and Facebook... If the managers of your stores don't care about customer service, then Godfather's doesn't care about customer service. We'll support companies and stores that do.
11/20/21: Update: I reported this to Godfather's corporate and received the following reply: Hello! This is not how we want our business represented. May we get your email or phone number so we can follow up with you? We are forwarding this review to the management team and someone will be in contact. Read moreI placed my order at 5:35 pm tonight. It is New Year’s Eve so I naturally expected to wait a little longer than normal. I then received a confirmation email saying my estimated arrival time was 6:50 pm. Ok. That’s fine. 7:00 pm rolled around and my order had not been delivered yet. I called in and was told they were just starting to make my order and would have it me soon. Ok. Cool. 7:45 came and still no delivery. I called again and was told the deliveries just left the store and I should have my order soon. I knew there would be a wait, but it is now 8 pm and we are all hangry. I really hope this pizza is worth the wait because I am beyond frustrated with how long...
Read moreInitially ordered delivery when website showed 25-30 minute delivery time. Once order submitted delivery jumped up to 1 hour & 45 minutes. After numerous calls, we were able to change it to a pickup order. Went inside and got my order. Got home and the order was wrong. Made a phone call and spoke to an employee. Explained what happened and he stated the missing item would be delivered in 30 minutes. We called at 8:30pm. It's now 10:05pm and STILL no delivery. Made numerous attempts from 9:30 to 10:00pm to reach store prior to closing with no success. Not the way to conduct business!! Our order was 3 items and they still couldn't...
