Jersey Mike's is way better than this place! I used to deliver for them an there customer service is terrible? When I worked there they didn't care if your order was late! An every customer liked me because I had 40 years experience an I was getting more customers an order until they say a kid that was dating there daughter was going to run the shows! He had no experience an the customers didn't want him they wanted me! So they say they told me this I quit an the owners wife was mad? An when I was trying to leave after saying I quit the young had to put his hands on this old man an the owner had his reason to say your fired? It didn't hurt me I was retiring soon! An I see today they don't advertise an I see they hardly have any customers probably because of Jersey Mike around the corner they have better sandwiches an they have better people working for them! An Jimmy John's is right down the street! An I still were my hoody that was a award for being the top an best driver! See good senes makes bad business decisions an that's why everyone likes Jersey Mike and Jimmy John's! Because they know they will get better servers then here! I haven’t had goodcents in years. I remember it being good. I asked for extra tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers. When the gal started putting on the toppings I was confused on how little she was putting on. 2 cucumbers 1 slice of green pepper. I said is that how much you put on there? She said you can put as much as you want. But I kinda got sketched out because she handed a receipt to the gal making sandwiches prior to making the rest of my sandwich. I should have asked her to change gloves because she used the same gloves on a previous transaction and handed the customer the receipt. I didn’t want to bother her because I must of annoyed her with my question about the topping let alone she’s a teenager. When I did get into my sandwich I absolutely cringed at the tomatoes. They did not taste fresh at all. I will gladly stick with little kings because their food taste light and fresh. I hope management sees this and advises their staff to change gloves when handling payment and receipts including touching the...

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Today we ordered a couple sandwiches to be delivered. On the website it told us it would be 1 hour before delivered which was a long time but we were fine with it. After an hour they didn’t show up, call the shop to get an ETA and they said the shop got busy but they’ll get it out in the next few minutes, I clarified 10-15 minutes they verified my address and yes YES. Another HOUR later I call d AGAIN to see if our order was in route, they advised me they would get it out and it would be another 20 minutes. Of coarse I canceled my order and asked for a refund.... IF YOU CANNOT SUPPORT DELIVERY ORDERS DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. I will never be ordering from them ever again, looks like JImmy Johns will be getTing our business. Obviously very Poorly managed.
