Was there today just before 330pm. Ordered a burger and a medium pop. They hand me what looks like other restaurants small, I look down as I take a sip and notice the cup is just over half full. As soon as the attendant comes back to hand me the rest of my order, I asked if she would fill the cup explaining she didn't fill it to begin with. She REFUSED! Said that's because of the foam and she's not going to fill it!! What the Hell?! Runza, poor customer service and poor value for the cost! It costs you a penny or less to fill a cup all the way! My husband and I went inside to order. We told the nice gentleman taking our order that we would like it to go after the order was placed since he didn’t ask if it was for here or to go. He mentioned to the staff in the kitchen that the order was a to go order. We waited about ten minutes for our order and in that time period two people came up to the counter with complaints about the food they received. I had a bad feeling about it.
