Subway — Restaurant in Omaha

I tried to order through the app to take advantage of the BOGO sale. After trying and it failing over seven times, I just went directly into the store. There was a lady at the counter already complaining cuz she was being charged for bacon and the cashier kept telling her that bacon cause extra yet the sandwich she ordered comes with bacon. When that customer left the worker just laughed at her and started talking to the guy saying she was crazy. I told her that I was trying to order a sandwich through the app but it wasn't working. She told me it was working just fine and proceeded to show me a bunch of receipts from earlier in the day where people had ordered. I showed her how it wasn't working and the guy came over and started punching on the computer telling me how their computer works just fine. I tried it again right there in front of them and it failed one more time. I told them what I was trying to order and they told me they could not order for me I had to do it through the app and there was nothing they could do for me. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they weren't there. I asked for a card for the owner and they told me they didn't have any. I asked them for the owner's name and a phone number and they told me I could find all that information in the app. Needless to say I left...

Sorry but this location is very sad... We moved to Cambridge Estates which is right across the way.... Went in the store back in June.... the girl behind the counter was short and very rude and the sandwich was just not very good... .. Tried it again today 10/21 the same girl was behind the counter... ordered a veggie sandwich and asked for a bit more bell pepper .. she said she couldnt give me more because she will be totally out if she did... Being a veggie sandwich what was the big deal... asked for avacado ... we dont have it .. that is seasonal... and response was " our regular already know this" Please... asked for spinach and she already loaded the sandwich with a bunch of lettuce..before she even asked me what I wanted... The gentlemen at the register made an odd face when she was saying she has to make the sandwich as programed not the way we want it???????????????? Everyone else was very nice and gracious .. Worked customer service in sales for years... she is a loser to your company and needs to go.... not helping your location at all....I will not be trying this...

The crew pays great attention to the appearance of the store, it is always clean. They need to pay more attention to the quality of the sandwiches they make. On several occasions I've had wilted spinach in the sandwich which tells me they don't scrutinize the condiments when they fill the bins. They put a minimal amount of condiments on the sandwich and if you ask for a little more, they grudgingly toss on a couple additional pieces.
