Burger King is Burger King, and you expect a certain level of service, etc.. when you go there. Normally, getting one of their burgers takes me back to my childhood. I had something in mind when I went today to get my order, I wanted that 6 dollar deal with the double bacon cheese burger, fries, and chicken fries. So that is what I ordered. She asked if I wanted spicey or normal chicken fries, which I responded spicey, it popped on on the drive-through screen, I asked for ranch, and that popped up. She gave me my price, and I pulled up and got my meal after a longer then normal wait. I drive the 6 minutes back to my work location and pull e everything out of the bag... the fries were there and fine. Everything else was wrong. Sweet and sour instead of ranch cups, normal chicken fries instead of spicey, and the real slap in the face was the burger. My double bacon cheese burger was a bun, two meat patties, and nothing else. No onions, mustard, ketchup, cheese, or bacon... Unfortunately, I don't have time to drive back here, nor am I sure I even have a receipt. Sad...
Read moreSadly, I never caught their name, but twice my significant other and I have come here close to when the location is supposed to be closed down (which I'm so sorry that this happens) because we get off of our jobs late into the night. The server who was working on the first visit was the highlight of our entire day-she was incredibly sweet and because they had a little bit left over, she gave us some extra fries to take home with us (since I believe it was just her by that point) and she was trying to close things down.
I feel bad that we've never caught her name, but she's been working both times that we've grabbed our late dinner-she deserves a raise/promotion/whatever you could possibly offer her, because she deserves it.

After carefully confirming my order with her, I browsed the menu board for a potential addition, but when my order finally arrived, it was inaccurate despite the earlier confirmation from the staff.
I politely pointed out the error, hoping for a resolution, but instead, I was met with an incredulous response: “So I made a mistake!” It felt as though my concern was more of a nuisance to her than anything else.
