Easy access, clean and always smells amazing! This lil' gem of aithentico Mexican quisine is nestled into the northeast corner of 90th & Blondo St, Omaha NE. Atmosphere gets 3 stars only because it's nothing special. But still clean, well lit and open... Meaning big enough to dine in comfortably. Plus the lack of amenities is why it's soo affordable! We always spend less than $30 for both of us and that includes our usual order of two combo plates, chips & salsa bar, menu drinks and tip! Don't believe they serve alcohol, maybe beer? No hard liquor, I know that's a fact. But who needs liquor when you have salsa bar!? Lol. About 4-5 homemade salsas, Pico de Gallo and classic pickled carrots, Chiles and jalepeños. Food is made from scratch in house, fresh cold veggies and hot main dishes. Their menu is big and breakfast served all day! Free chips & salsa when you dine in. I recommend anything with carnitas (slow roasted tender pork finished on flat griddle) and ground beef tacos in crisp fresh fried corn tortilla. My favorite beans and rice of all Omaha's Mexican restaurants. Simple but done authentic and very fresh and satisfying! We eat here every month for past few years and are never disappointed. They have drive thru but highly recommend eating in. Great way to support local restaurant that's owned by nice hard...

I have eaten tacos at my elementary school many times and once at a hospital, they were all acceptable. Lina's ground beef crunchy taco is not good. They did not use Corn as ordered but used flour, that were the wrong type for frying. They had no leavening and were cooked so long that bitterness was overpoweringly bad. They were hard enough to cut an apple with. The beef is unseasoned, even by North Dakota elementary cafeteria standards. The beef seemed to have been cooked days ago or has been in a steam tray for 20 hours. There is no way they are batch cooking their ground beef every few hours. Taco Bell does not even cook theirs but I was expecting Mexican, so I expected a bit more. The iceberg was fresh. The horchata was good. The $.75 sour cream was just ok for the value and flavor. I was only able to eat half of one taco before I put...

The cook is super awesome! He let me have a steak, chicken, and shrimp fajita. The shrimp cost extra. I ordered it to go and picked out some mild salsa from their condiment bar to take with it. They were kind to let me have a side a lettuce with no charge. Sadly, there was a hole in my tortilla and it was a little dry. The fajita has an okay flavor, but it didn't taste flavorful. I did ask for no hot sauce and maybe that's what gives the meal it's flavor. You do get a lot of food. I could not eat it all. Overall, good experience. I apologize for the misspelled word in my photo.

Sign on the door says it all, "neighborhood favorite." Good food, good prices especially for the combination plates. Very, very clean restaurant. Staff was very nice and service was fast. Ordered and food was out in 2-4 minutes. Rice and beans: 5/5. Nailed it. Chips and pico: complementary. 5/5. Rolled sour cream and guacamole tacos: 5/5 Shredded beef Chimichanga: 4/5. Above average, esp for fast food Mexican, but the shredded beef could have been more flavorful. Horchata: 5/5 good cinnamon kick. Next time you want fast Mexican give this place a try

Got Lina’s for dinner the other night. Once I got home I opened my meal to find a bug already enjoying my food. This was really disappointing and made me lose my appetite. I tried calling Lina’s for a refund and once I finished explaining that there was a bug in my chimichanga they said they don’t speak English. This was the most upsetting $10 I ever spent in my life.
