Mama's Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

Called in an order for pickup & had severe communication issues. When I went to order fish for my wife, before ordering I asked if they have malt vinegar for the fish, she stated "yes they have balsamic vinegar". After going back & forth 3 times trying to clarify what I was asking for she said "what is malt vinegar? You mean malt liquor?". I explained it is something commonly put on fish. She told me hold on, came back and said yeah we gots it and gave me the total which I wasn't ready for as I had more to order. Every time I ordered something she tried to get me off the phone as if I was disturbing her day. As sketchy as ordering went I asked her to repeat the order back to me and you would have thought I asked for some real big favor or something. After making the necessary corrections the call ended. Upon arrival I found someone to pickup the order from, they took my payment and set the bag on the counter while simultaneously turning to walk away. Sensing the complete disregard to care I asked about the salad dressings and malt vinegar. She asked what dressings? I said ranch, Italian and I need malt vinegar for the fish. You mean balsamic vinegar? So we went back & forth on THAT again. Finally got the food back to eat it and instantly had my final regrets. The fish tasted as though it had been fried a couple times. The pasta was undercooked, cold and the teaspoon of sauce on the pasta tasted terrible. I will normally give a restaurant a second try but that rule is out the window...

Went to this location with my kids hoping to eat some good food and relax after a long day . I sent these mozzarella sticks back because they were filled with what appeared to be dried cheese on the inside with a little bit of good mozzarella cheese . They were also hard as a rock . I pretty much had to bust it over the damn table to break it apart. After asking for the mozz sticks to be remade, there were two men (I’m assuming cooks) that appeared to be cracking jokes staring at me … I let that slide. A gentleman came out with “fresh” mozz sticks. And they were the exact same . I went to speak to a manager- I didn’t get her name because she was instantly defensive and argumentative. As I’m talking to her , multiple employees crowd around and begin arguing with me . She very rudely explained that the extremely tough string on the inside wasn’t cheese but it was the “egg roll” . I’ve never heard of this nor does the menu mention this . It claims to be hand breaded mozz sticks . I could have overlooked the fact that their method for making these is just nasty, but the unprofessional behavior of your employees is not a vibe . I have many memories of going to this location , but it is not the same . I will not be...

Ordered a combo pizza with sausage instead of beef. Very clear. Include onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, black olives, green peppers, and cheese. . I get a sausage only pizza. When I tell my server about the problem, he apologizes, but does nothing. He does say he will let me talk to "her" without identifying "her". Now I am seated at the bar in front of the bartender/server so he can't forget me, right? Correct, but being ignored for 30 minutes was not anticipated. So being there from 9:15 to 10:45 quite a while, I was fuming inside at this point. But i didn't want to make a scene. I just shook my head and left. I had to eat a child's pizza with nothing on it, completely bla.. Obviously there is no competant management or ownership present to provide customer service. Very unhappy will not return because of the disgraceful service.

Anyone can make a mistake . But not being given the power to fix your mistakes is inexcusable. If one is that stupid as to rectifying the error, then the repercussions are deserved. This server has not been trained. A simple "how is everything" would have sufficed.. There are plenty of pizza choices,...
