I just want to let you know I had a terrible experience today at approximately 3:30am I had a long day at work tired and hungry I went thru the drive thru and they had told me that they where only receiving cash so I proceeded with my order... I got to the window no one was there to acknowledge me and finally after 15min someone shows up and employee whom never said anything I had told her that I had a coupon from the mcdonalds app for a $1 large fries i had also ordered a big mac and chicken nuggets so she told me that she COULD NOT TAKE THE COUPON that because their system was down and I then I asked her if there was any way she could honor it since I WAS WAITING FOR A WHILE and she said NO I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER and she went to call her and the manager AN AFEICAN AMERICAN LADY she was across from her never turned to look at me and she also said that they will not do it she was rude never gaved me the customer the eye nor acknowledgement but yet continued to do what she was doing didnt give me a single look and said u ain't doing it so ... the regular crew cashier was also not wanting to honor my coupon its totally rude that this African American manager did not even turned to look at her employee either she was like in her own world ... I understand that they have to do a change in the system at certain hours but for her not to give that extra step for her customers is totally unacceptable for a manager soecially if I waited 15 and still 5 more after at the window she could of honored it because that's how a real manager should be she should of taken care of her customer not make me feel UNINVITED SO WE WAITED QUITE A FEW TIME FOR YOUR MC DONALDS TO REOPEN TO HAVE A so call Manager be so rude and unprofessional to her customer because she thinks she has the authority to do so? ... I live 1 block away and I had to drive all the was to 108 and Q to the other mc Donald's that's not even part of the same owner and I told them my story about my experience at the location of 84th by the hwy and he was so polite that he had nothing to do with this and he apologized for the AFRICAN AMERICAN MANAGER THAT WAS so Unprofessional rude and god knows what her problem is... I just wasted 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back to some rude people that I dont know why they would even hire her as a manager if she is not properly trained to be one... someone needs to do something about this.. I will put you guys in social media and trust me you will loose customers due to this incident very unprofessional very and unethical ....i bought no food what a waste of time...and I told her then I dont want anything thank you and the cashier also rude said...
Read moreI just left this location and I'm very upset with how it went down. I made an online order to save a little time as my partner had just gotten off of work (as a delivery driver). We get there and the wait was a little long and the people beside us who got there later had gotten their order taken before us, which is fine that's just how it goes sometimes right? We get up to the 2nd window, which is where they always tell you to go for pickup orders, and we are handed our food. You could tell the employee was not in a great mood from the start but then we were immediately accuses us of not paying. So I try to show her my phone which has my pickup number to assure her we could show her that we had in fact paid on the app. We had my partners delivery driver bag in view because that's how we planned to keep the food warm on the drive home. But even though food delivery apps and McDonald's app orders show up as completely different codes we were then accused of taking an online order as well- meanwhile she's screaming to another employee named Chris to come "make sure" we paid, even though we're trying to tell her we have proof on the phone and if there was any problem and our payment didn't go through we would pay again if need be. After screaming to Chris over and over with no response she dismisses us completely telling us "well you have it already just go", which I know because of Covid restrictions they can't take back food. But we were ready to settle any issues and wait until it was figured out but she wanted none of it. I'm sure there have been issues with theft and it might have been a stressful evening- I know exactly how hard food service employees work. Read moreThere was some confusion when I pulled up to the window to get my food because I wanted to make sure where to go sense it was busy. I asked the employee if i needed to move up to behind the car in front of me at I think the 3rd window waiting to get their food and I saw the employee asked another employee. He came back to the window and said I could stay there because my food was getting bagged then. As I was waiting I noticed the car ahead of me getting handed their food as he was walking back to me with my order. Out of NOWHERE the manager, (I assume she was the manager because she was dressed in a different colored dress shirt) came to the window and asked me to move up, as if she wasn’t working with the employees knowing what’s going on & as the employee was behind her trying to hand me my bag of food. Then the manager with the window open in front of me YELLED at the employee talking about how me sitting there messed up her times and “IT’S RUDE TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS” . Well in my opinion all customers at windows were fine and getting their food in a speedy fashion . What was rude was the manager coming up and belittling the employees loudly in front of customers. I looked at the younger man helping me and I thanked him because he did great , but the manager needs to be talked to about handling situations she doesn’t like because it was rude, uncomfortable , & unneeded. After that really uncomfortable situation we ate our food & the order was mostly correct but I do not like pickles at all, they have a strong flavor . When I ate my crispy chicken sandwich you could clearly taste pickle as if the sandwich was already prepared with pickles & they removed the pickles...
