BEWARE!!! I found two plastic shards in my bundt cake. We got seven bundt cakes to celebrate my birthday with friends. Upon eating mine I had a big surprise when one bite had something hard poking my gums. Upon inspection I found two sharp plastic shards. I called the store and the manager, Amber Steinhauser, was not very helpful. She tried to act like I was to aggressive eating it and must have broken the plastic packaging. I can tell you I was not eating it aggressively and the packaging was not broken. She didn’t seem to want and take care of the situation other than an apology. Nothing Bundt Mistakes ! The cakes are good, but they dont seem to care when mistakes are Made. We placed an order for a Birthday party we were going to, for pick up on Sunday. We were told they opened at 9, wrong they open at 11, and here we are needing to drive an hour for a party. We waited untill 11, and they said they didnt have an order for us, and wanted to verify the location we ordered from. They also have a flavor that rotates every couple weeks to keep it interesting. The staff are all so inviting and welcoming.
