Incredibly odd experience. This was my second time ever visiting this location. My first time the order was perfect. The second time I gave them my name and order number, they asked me specifically what I had ordered so I'm guessing the system was having issues pulling it up. That happens. I had to repeat my order three times as they were making the order because they kept asking me what my order was again. And I would explain over and over. In the end I am 100% positive I did not actually get my order correct. It does not taste anything like it usually does, I was clearly given the peanut butter cup, not the peanut butter crunch, I don't believe I got the extra shot of espresso that I paid for, and I'm positive the milk choice I selected was also not honored. Thank goodness I don't have an allergy and it's just a general preference because if someone had an allergy and you were still not honoring the milk choice, they told you for whatever reason, that could be a liability issue. What was odder yet was while I was waiting, the drive-thru window kept being opened as they would ask me what my order was yet again so I got a good look at the employees who were in the mini building. At one point, one of those employees exited the building and started circling around my car staring at me the whole time. Then she started talking to this man with this patriotic t-shirt on (yes, I do believe this is relevant) who came around the same corner she came from, I have no idea if he was an employee or not because I didn't see him inside the building. That man then went and stood right outside my passenger window and touching my car staring at me through my passenger window. All my doors were locked and my windows were up. I got my drink and did not stick around to comment my suspicions about this drink being incorrect because I felt my safety was compromised. I called the police as soon as I exited the parking lot. I am a very visible minority and this kind of an experience is not acceptable and does feel targeted. I have never encountered something this strange at a scooter's location and that includes in far shadier parts of town. I paid for a drink that I did not have made correctly, I paid for an add-on that I did not receive, and my safety was compromised. Just all around terrible experience. I like that this location is so convenient as I'm usually in this part of town, but I will not be visiting this scooter's location again. And before the "owner" replies to this review saying I should write in my feedback on the website, I already did. No one has...
Read moreIf I could put a -0 I would, I lived near this location for a year, came every single day multiple times a day never really had many issues, over the hundreds of times that I've come to this location I've called a handful of times about my drink being inaccurate, I came to this location yesterday and I watched my drink be made incorrectly, as I ordered one drink and she made enough in the blender for 3, flavor was weird and absolutely no coffee flavor, I brought the drink right back and asked for them to take it and remake it, they refused saying they're manager said not too, they took my info, I came through this morning to talk with the manager and explain the situation, her name is Allison, she refused to fix this problem and said me calling a handful of times over a year+ of ordering hundreds of drinks was to much and that her employees never mess anything up and always do their jobs right and that I need to go to a different location, I also have known employees to work at this location show me that they store they're products like cups and syrups in the bathroom next to the toilet, and all over the bathroom, talk about a health hazard, disrespect manager, disgusting store, very unprofessional and will...
Read moreI treat myself to coffee about twice a month. I will not return to the 96th and Q location. All new staff that is horrible! Used to have the nicest baristas around. The last 2 times I have gone I have ordered my usual, large blended autumn Carmel swirl with extra shot, both times the try handing me a medium. The first time I told them she said she had to make sure they charged me for a large which they did and remade the drink correctly. No complaints, things happen. Today same thing but the Barista wanted to argue with me that is was a large and I know it wasnt before she handed it to me. The other worker then grabbed an empty large cup and held it to the drink for comparison and said I was correct it was a medium. The gal then took the drink, knocked off the whipped cream added it to the blender with more base and ice to remake it. The drink was horrible! No flavor at all. Drink looked white like it had no coffee in it when I had ordered it with an extra shot. It tasted like watered down blended milk. Caritas obviously need more training if they can tell the difference between...
