Really enjoyed my dinner. First time customer. The portions were crazy big. Fresh bread, a giant crisp tasty salad and a big entree plate with twice baked potatoes (the baked looked better when I glanced around the room) which was ok but the veggies were delicious. I don't usually dig zucchini but this was prepared really nicely and my very large juicy tender chicken breast topped with 4 big garlic butter prawns was super yummy.
I'll definitely be back.
Though I have to say the server was not very friendly and when she brought my salad and bread she was I guess trying to save time and had a wet dirty rag in the same hand she carried my salad and it was touching my plate and some of the salad which was distasteful and unsanitary. I pushed that to the side. She was very chatty with her coworkers but not very friendly and almost aggressive to customers. Brusque is a word that comes to mind. Certainly not welcoming and not good service habits. Read moreThe restaurant looked very unassuming from the outside, with no indication of what kind of food they serve. We took a chance on it and were pleasantly surprised.
The lunch menu was heavily geared towards Chinese food. The prices were very reasonable. I ordered a huge bowl of vegetable noodles for $7. All the veggies were very fresh and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I also got a side of fries which were some of the best fries I've had in a long time. My friend ordered one of the daily specials. A teriyaki chicken dish, I think. He said it was very good.
All the food was made to order and we both cleaned our plates/bowls.
The soda I ordered was kind of flat and the vegetarian selection was sparse. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars.

Read moreOnly open 5-9p, very limited menu and pricey. They have prime rib for $30 and $34 Friday and Saturday only which is what I went for but couldn't afford it. I got their finger steaks $16.95 that came with fresh baked bread, iceberg lettuce salad with just 2 choices of dressing (ranch and a sweet vinaigrette) I got vinaigrette that was Asian and quite good, choice of regular or twice baked potato, plain rice or pasta. I chose the twice baked that had cream cheese, green onion stuffed into the potato skin (delicious), and stir fry zucchini, carrots, onions, with some herbs resembling oregano (I didn't care for the flavor of it, but I don't like oregano). Overall the food was wonderful, service was attentive and the atmosphere was...
