I’m mad… went in to change my babies diaper and there wasn’t a changing table at all. I would grab a picture but I’m already in the car. I ended up changing his diaper in the car which I was trying to avoid because it’s uncomfortable. McDonald’s do better. You redid your building but somehow discriminatiing against parents with babies that need diaper changes. I’ve never been so upset. Where am I supposed to change his diaper? Am I just suppose to let him sit in it?? Wow. I’m so mad . What is up with these restraunts not having mothers rooms or changing tables in the bathroom. KFC / A&W on Eagle rd in Boise Idaho doesn’t have a changing table either. Makes me so mad. So apparently mothers with kids who need diaper changes can’t change their diapers in the bathroom or anywhere but the car. McDonald’s you forgot something in the bathroom. I’m owed an apology for having to change my son’s diaper in the car. Wow. Can’t tell you how mad...
Read moreHusband stopped today for a meal. They wouldn't allow him in the building or order without a mask. He didnt have one with him in the tow truck he was driving. He asked for one, they are not handing them out any more is what the counter person said. (The stipulations to businesses was that they have to have them .) He asked if they could take an order outside and then bring it out. (Other McDonald's he has been too have done this since drive thru doesn't work.) Nope again. They told him to go through the drive thru. TOW TRUCKS don't fit in their drive thru. The employees were RUDE and didn't have customer service in mind. If I could give 0 stars and a course to your employees on how they could do better, I would rather.
Tell me how you can eat there with no mask at a table and its magical ok, but to order its face diaper required?. These rules...
Read moreThe worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The gal read me back my order correctly. When I got my order from the drive through, it was missing an item. So I returned to ask for it, and went inside instead of the drive through. One of the employees was on brake, and told me I need a mask. When I asked him why he didn't need one, he said it was because he was eating. So as I took an other bite of my sandwich I was eating, I said me too. The the manager or shift leader was terribly rude and told me I didn't pay for the item I was missing, and basically dismissed the fact they read my order back correctly. I don't check my recipe till then. I wasn't charged. Nor was I asked if still wanted the item. I will drive the extra time to eat at the other store across town. Never will I go back to...
