Iā€™m so glad we have this in Downtown Ontario! Iā€™ve visited this location a few times and the staff is always friendly. I like that they are open late on Saturdays! The agua fresca de fresas con crema is delicious. Itā€™s the perfect amount of sweet. I think the ice creams are the perfect amount of sweetness. I feel like the ice cream at other Michoacanas is too sweet. I also enjoy their mini pancakes.

Was sad today, but notice this place recently opened up in town, Staff were nice to hear my story, and the ice cream was damn good! Brought my family, and they got tasty cheesecake and aqua Fresca de Pepino c' Chia, both also satisfying. Mood Is way better now, and will come back here during the summer. I recommend trying the Guanabana flavor. :)

If youā€™re in Ontario and craving something sweet, La Michoacana is an absolute must! Their paletas are hands down some of the best Iā€™ve ever had. My personal favorites are the coco, oreo, pistachio, and vanillaā€”each one is incredibly creamy, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. You can really taste the quality in every bite.

What makes the experience even better is the amazing customer service. Jesse and Isabella were both super helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure I left happy. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood outā€”top-notch service!

After dinner in downtown Upland, ten of our friends didnā€™t know where to go for a good dessert around 10pm on Saturday night, and we were like, Oh, we know the spot! We led everyone to La Michoacana, where the staff greeted us with huge smiles, making us feel right at home. Their service was top-notch, letting us sample from an amazing lineup of flavors-seriously, the variety blew us all away! We even met the owner, who shared how they craft their ice cream with fresh, real ingredients, steering clear of anything unnatural, which makes it so delicious. The son was incredibly sweet and invited my friend and me to sample any of the ice cream flavors ā€” and every single one we tried was amazing. We visited for the first time last night, and this place is soooo good!

The Gansito ice cream was absolutely delicious ā€” I seriously regret not taking some home instead of just sampling it!

The owners are so kind and welcoming, and you can genuinely tell everything is made with love and care. Iā€™m definitely going to be a returning...
