Tacos El Ranchero — Restaurant in Ontario

EDIT ( 2/25/25 ): Just went to order a plate of 4 carne asada tacos for their tuesday special and was looking forward to eating from here, again after a few months of not going...a bit bummed out. im noticing a decrease in quality as my meat was kind of hard to chew down on and my tortillas weren't thoroughly warmed up. If this is how it's going to be from now on, I will no longer come back here and look elsewhere. I miss the old staff from 2021.

The asada tacos and burritos here are delicious for a bite to grab. this place has been my go-to spot since 2021 since i moved out here to Ontario.

It was taco Tuesday I ordered three fish tacos, three Carne Asada tacos, and three chicken tacos. when I got home, I didn't have any fish tacos so, I called back, the girl in the front taking orders, she had bond hair Kept hanging the phone on me. I've called back four times. I'm assuming they have caller because when I call them back five times, she kept hanging the phone up on me. Great local taco and torta place. In a region inundated with Mexican food options, this place stands out. The three tacos and a soda for $5 is the best lunch deal around. The place is clean and comfortable, but clearly a quick eats place-not where you would take a date, for instance. The strength of the menu is the meats. The variety of choices is wide and the quality high. Other than the tacos, my fave on the menu is the very tasty torta Cubana. The meals don't come with any side like rice and beans or chips.
