Ordered two pizzas - one dairy free. While I realize this is not the typical area to cater to dairy free and it’s nice there’s an option, the pizza we got was not dairy free. We did not realize until halfway to Vale. We called to inquire about the cheese and they said the dairy free was definitely distinguishable. We requested they remake the pizza while we make our way back. We arrive at the drive through and they seemed to have no idea we called and so we said we would come in. Magically someone delivered the pizza to the car. The pizza we received had hardly any cheese. Upon going in to ask for more cheese, staff informed us dairy free cheese is very expensive and if we wanted more they could ring up a side and that would be the only way to get it. We advised we paid for the extra cost of the dairy free cheese and were inconvenienced an hour of time for them making the order wrong, how were we to be compensated for that? We were met with a smirk and told our pizza being remade was our compensation. At this point we requested to talk with a manager and was told the only way to talk to a manager is to call tomorrow during business hours ñ, coupled with an even bigger smirk. The staff member seem to take great joy in the fact that they messed up, and we were inconvenienced and not satisfied with our order. If you happen to have a dairy allergy don’t hesitate to ask a lot of questions or just skip this incredibly snarky...
Read moreI go into Papa Murphy's quite often to get a salad at lunch. The last two times I went in I didn't have the best experience. Nothing to major, however the first time the lady was trying to charge me for crotons for my salad (you only get free ones with Cesar salad-none of the other ones) which I think is odd but I only buy Cesar's so I shouldn't worry about it. After going back and forth and her getting her facts right with other people she worked with I was able to get my crotons for free with my salad. The second time which just recently happened I let the lady know two Cesar salads and two crotons for those. Once again, I got charged extra and I mentioned it and she put 4 packets of croutons in for some reason. I said that's fine I only needed the two that come with it, smiled and went on my way. When I get back to have lunch I come to find out I don't have any crotons at all in my bag! So I have to tell the girl that I'm getting charged to much to have her "fix it" and I still don't even get what we were going back and forth about. I just don't see why its that complicated, that's all. Let everyone know to make sure they put them in the bag "if requested" and let everyone know which ones to charge for and if its that hard to do then just put crotons in with every salad like there should be for the customers...
Read moreBeen coming to this plays for years even worked at this place and I am shocked that I have to give customer service one star if any. The woman (didn't catch her name) but had acne on her face with gray hair and glasses never seen her there before. Was very rude when I went through drive thru. Told her I didn't place a order online. And she said then you have to come inside which has never been an issue before (even when we got it last week) When I was trying to ask when that became a thing she said it's always been a thing in a snobby way and I was trying to let her know I've done it multiple times and never had this issue she said nope and slammed the window while I was trying to talk. Lost my buisness i would have come in if i actually got an answer. Very poor manners and poor customer service. I know the manager and he doesn't train his...
