Never would I post something to hurt the reputation of a business except in the instance of being informed with honesty and for the good of the public. I myself wish someone would have been bold enough to speak up about the extremely poor service and quality of food before deciding to dine here. So, I am laying it out here for you all simply and honestly. One of the basic standards when dining out is that you won’t get a large bone lodged in your throat from the fish you’ve ordered, especially at a self proclaimed high end establishment. Even after this happened, an empathetic sorry would have sufficed at a minimum. Hannah, the server, casually dismissed it with an eye roll saying verbatim that it “happens all the time” after whisking the plate away anxious to hand out the check and collect her tip. No responsibility, or acknowledgment and she still got her 20% tip with a smirk on her face. “I gotcha” was the attitude instead of how can we serve you and make this a fine experience for you. There are better places in the area with the minimum basic service and attitude you deserve when dining out. It’s not for people of integrity like us. There is a bare minimum moral code for any business and that is who we all want to support. You will thank me later if you look elsewhere to spend your time and money.
