I have a special needs child who will only eat CFA Side salad. Said child is sick so I decided to pay a little more for delivery. I always have to check my bag because things are left off in the DT And last time I ordered delivery, I had no dressing. So this time, I decided to call the CFA and ask them to please check my bag to ensure all dressing is there and to also add extra bell pepper and pepita seeds since there is no option for those on the site. The mgr I spoke to was not friendly at all and very curt with me. He said it's up to the driver to check the bag and if there are any problems, then I have to contact the delivery service. My politeness drained and I said, no yall put the stuff in the bag so it's a you problem if you don't put the stuff in there. Also the drivers cannot break the seal of a sealed bag so how can they check it? He finally said he would make sure my bag was checked. I received my order and all things were in fact there. But the way the mgr talked to me over a simple request really makes me not want to give them anymore money. My child will still request their salads though so I truly hope this is an isolated incident. Read moreI went through the drive-thru this morning to place an order and redeem a reward for a “breakfast sandwich”. I ordered a spicy chicken muffin, which is an option I can redeem, with the addition of a small up-charge AFTER the reward is added. The lady who took my order said she was unable to process my free sandwich, and told me I could discuss the issue with someone at the main window. I would like to say she was very nice and I have no complaints for her. When I arrived at the window, another member told me they were unsure how to address my situation and I’m assuming I spoke to the shift lead/ manager after. He ultimately told me they couldn’t honor my coupon because I ordered a spicy muffin instead of a regular one. I have worked for a chikfila before and have encountered this exact situation. The customer is allowed to order a chicken muffin and use this coupon even if it is replaced with a spicy filet, again, a small up-charge would have to be paid. After speaking to three people I felt humiliated and frustrated, and ended up crying because I felt like I was judged. Read moreChick-fil-a has always been my favorite. Great food, Great sandwiches, and great service. Yesterday I ordered a fruit tray for a party, but forgot to pay before I got there. When I got there I parked in a parking spot and was quickly greeted by an employee named Connor. Normally I don’t remember the employee’s name, but his work was exceptional. When he asked if I had a form of payment I gave him my card. He was quick to ensure that my card was safe and he would make sure nothing happened to it. He was extremely nice. He could tell that I wasn’t unsure of just giving my card away and even told me I was free to walk inside and complete the transaction there if I felt more comfortable. His response really ensured that my card was safe. I gave him my food and in less than a minute I had my fruit tray! It was extremely fast and I complimented Connor and even tried to tip him, but he wouldn’t take it! It was an amazing job. Chick-fil-A always has the best employees and the best food!
