Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Opelika

I asked what they had for special i was told larg specialty for 14.99 told the guy that i wanted that then said i wanted a med pepperoni. When it was delivered i got hust the med pepperoni. When i called back the guy who i placed my order with when i told him that i was to have 2 pizzas one was a larg specialty an med pepperoni he said i didnt specify what specialty i wanted i thought a specialty was with everthing one it futher more he didnt even bother to even ask me what specialty i wanted. I guess nectime inorder i guess ill go to all the way to auburn to pizza hut cause when you ask for specialty they give you all the way on it unless younask for meat lovers or a supreme pizza. I guess thats what i get for not realy asking down to the details what their specialty means. Your people who answers phone needs to learn how to place an ask your guest what they want on pizzas cause they just cost you money. Cause i dont like to go all the way to auburn to get pizza when i can have it delivered but not any more for a person who dont like the auburn trafic guess i will have to fight it next time for a pizza. I know it's not that to give it just two stars since for the kind of quality food that they provide and of course who doesn't love their pizzas. But one of my very first delivery experiences that I just had today. It's not about the 50 cents or so that I paid for that Marinara Sauce but all that matters a lot is when you have it on waiting and no wonder they forget it. If I forgot to ask for it when getting my breadsticks and the pizza delivered, I think it's still majorly on their part wrong for not to provide it. Sometimes even the slightest of the wrongs piss a lot. I tried to call them right back immediately and was told that they going up sending it right back but none showed up. Must be wondering who comes back for just this much, right? I knew it too somewhere in my mind but didn't really know that they be lacking behind this low on customer satisfaction. I, myself deliver stuff at my other side job to my Customers and I make sure everything is so pitch-perfect knowing that eeling of the customer excitedly waiting and having all their eyes on the person delivering it, because, "FOOD is love, FOOD...

Hands down the best Dominos in the world and I have used a lot of Dominos locations all across the map. Service is outstanding, never have had my order made incorrectly or lost or whatever. Most of the people that work there know my name, say most because this is a college town so there's always new faces when I go there. Order is almost always ready when I get there or just coming out of the oven, almost never have to wait around long which makes it super convent. Food is always hot when I pick up my order, unless I am late so can't fault them for that lol. If your going to get Dominos in Auburn/Opelika go to this store you won't be sorry even if your south or west of campus the extra drive is worth it. Also if you use a smartphone use there app or go online makes ordering a breeze but you can call in too they handle that easily as well (just try to know what you want, they will thank you for that and people in the store will thank you for that.
