Dunkin' — Restaurant in Opelika

Waited around 20 minutes for one coffee and munchkins. Ppl in front of me waited even longer for just two coffees. The woman running cashier was having a busy day for sure. However I was the last order she took for a couple minutes. I didn’t mind waiting, but as soon as she took everyone’s orders, and the ppl that were vocally angry were gone, she decided to talk to the girl at the counter for minutes. And gave her munchkins to her first when I had ordered mine beforehand. What is funny is she was talking about how people overreact and she can make drinks really quickly, which I guess is why she was in no rush to make my order. Eventually a guy working drive thru came over and made the order for the ppl in front of me and then mine. And grabbed munchkins. He did this all under 5 minutes. The guy was a really great employee idk if my order would’ve been made if not for him. I’d assume the drive through would be quicker if they had the same ppl working, so I recommend only going through...

I have been visiting this Dunkin' for about a year VERY consistently (2-4 times per week average). Over the past several weeks, their drink consistency has dropped crazily. I know they had to hire a lot of new staff, but you would think because I order the same thing every visit, that my drink would taste relatively the same every visit. But it is always surprising that my drink tastes different almost every day. For reference, I get an iced mocha latte with extra mocha... The drink today (2/21/25) tastes like chocolate milk, no coffee at all, which is unusual because Tuesday it tasted like STRAIGHT burnt espresso..

Maybe it is just me, but after today I have decided not to drain my pockets on drinks that are always different that are usually thrown away at 11am. There's nothing wrong with the people there, I am just unsatisfied with the consistency of the product. Only go to this location since it’s close to work/home. Always met with attitude&they always miss part of the order so I have to wait for them to come back to the window. Today went thru drive thru said “pick up” at the speaker like you’re supposed to. Roll to the window after they said ok&manager was rude thruout the whole thing. She also said “that should be everything” Like what’s the point of screens&papers that lists the entire order if you can’t even read/pay attention to it?? Then a different worker asked what was the rest of the order which they still got wrong. I get occasional mistakes/bad days; but every time???? Don’t recommend this location since they are always dirty, rude&never get your order right. Auburn location is way better&they always get your order right&they always meet you with smiles unlike this...
