I know times have been rough for McDonald's restaurant they've been having a hard time keeping help their employees are not pleasant or friendly anymore very rarely but this morning I go and get breakfast pay the price for the specialty drinks not for me for my family I get to going down the road and I realize they didn't even feel the drink up look at that.
With the money you pay for the specialty coffees you would think that they would at least make sure your drink is full not here guys this is pathetic they have no manners I say thank you never you're welcome they just ignore me and go about their business every now and then you hear a thank you have a nice day but very rarely most of the time it's folks who begrudgingly work there so anyway the other day I thought I'll make a difference I'll order curbside delivery and I'll tip the guy 20 bucks it's not a lot of money but it is to me so he comes out he brings my small orders of the car I give him $20 he looks at it like what am I going to do with only 20 bucks he stands there and just nothing nothing so anyway that's the end of my tipping McDonald's employees hoping they wouldn't be a little better and a little more friendly I have tipped them many times hoping that it would make their day better I always said if they would hire employees on commission the McDonald's would have a better restaurant they would be eager to serve or at least hardly on a tip basis but it is what it is.
If you looking for friendliness go to Chick-fil-A that's just the way that it is and I'll be honest with you the thing that keeps me coming back is the gravy biscuit would make a Chihuahua break a logging chain it's so good to try to get to it but I'm going on a diet Monday so that should fix all this all I've got to say is eat...
Read moreI rarely complain especially when it comes to food establishments, but I had the absolute worst experience yesterday. I only get a 30 minute lunch and ran down to mcdonalds real quick to grab something to eat thinking I'd be able to get in and out no problem, right? WRONG!!! When I pulled up they had a few cars but nothing that should've taken too long so I sat there patiently....and noticed that after about two cars had went around to get their food, it's like they decided to stop taking orders. I watched & listened as the lady in front of me waiting tried her best to get someone's attention on the speaker but had no success.....after sitting there a few more minutes( mind you we've already been sitting there for nearly 15 minutes) but no one ever came to the speaker on the first drive thru but then as soon as a vehicle drove up to the other speaker you suddenly hear this voice taking their order.. So by this time the lady in front of me had left....so after witnessing the second drive thru instantly getting service I went around to the window and brought it to their attention that we had been waiting for nearly 20 minutes and was basically told that it didn't beep on the first drive thru when we pulled up....so I then asked could she not hear the woman talking to her through the speaker??? Anyway I go ahead and order, pay my bill and pull up to the next window and was told that they'd have to cook my nuggets...seriously you've had me waiting this long & now I have to wait again...so after another 15 minutes I get my nuggets only go get overcooked, unateable food. Very disappointed and frustrated. Definitely wouldn't recommend...
Read moreI rarely do reviews, however I feel that I would be doing the general public a disservice if I did not share my experience with this particular McDonald's. When I arrived, there was one employee sitting on the curb by the side door and another one standing next to him. I entered and went to use the restroom, but there was a mop bucket in front of the restroom door. I figured someone must be cleaning the restroom, so I stepped around the bucket and opened the door to see. There was no one inside the restroom. I then went to order food, and a gentleman (in regular clothes) came from behind the counter and yelled, "Y'all got a customer out here." He then walked out of the door and left. One employee loudly said that he was on Break. Someone yelled from the back for him to take my order. He stepped to the cash register and took my order (but never asked to do so or even ask me what I wanted). As I waited on my food, I stepped to the side and took note of the food prep area. The floor was nasty. Grease or water and French fries all over it. There was a female employee laughing and joking with the other employees. One half of her long shirt was tucked in, the other half untucked and hanging out of her pants. As I departed the building, I noticed that the mop bucket was still in front of the restroom door and had...
