Wendy's — Restaurant in Opelika

Waited at the drive thru window for ten minutes just to have them have me pull up to the railing wait for my food another fifteen minutes. They then serve 4 full people behind us before finally coming out with our order. We ordered 3 sandwiches and some nuggets. No sauces that were ordered were inside the bag. I went inside to grab some and was then informed they were out. Not in the ten minutes we’re at the window or when they finally give us the bag. Everything was burnt and overcooked, I guess that’s why they took so long. To ensure everything was inedible. Not a little over done, but inedible. I’m not a particularly picky person and know not every order at any fast food spot is going to be perfect. But just the smallest amount of attention would have prevented this. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to, and it’s a shame that none of the employees seem to even care about their job. Can’t recommend not eating here enough. Take the two minutes to drive to any other spot...

Food wasn't bad but service is terrible. I have never had good service here but I didn't think it could get any worse but I was wrong. The girl taking order at drive thru was not only rude but had to ask several times for me to repeat my order. The reason for this was obvious because she had the microphone on so I could hear her complaining that she was ready to $#@% go as I was giving my order. After each time she would say what or huh. When I finally pulled up to the window on my own she was standing away from the window acting mad and someone else came to give me the food. I asked for my drink and some ketchup and she seemed aggravated as well but I'm thinking it was more about the employee working the window. What's bad is I enjoy Wendy's food but I often choose to go somewhere else because it is so frustrating and a negative experience any time dealing with the staff. Paying 13 dollars for a combo for 1 you should at least not have to deal with...

Well guys I'm gonna have to say DO NOT GO HERE... I ended up goin thru drive thru 3 times and my order was still short and part of it yhis person didnt even get.. then acted like they were offended that I asked for ketchup, I spent 35$ and this twig of a person gave me 3 packs .. They had more in their hand and put back more than half of it and gave me 4 pks not to mention when he handed me my tea the lid wasnt on and I spilt 32Ozs all over me, my jeep, and passenger!! REALLY PEOPLE AND YAL THINK MIN WAGE SHOULD GO UP!!! I've never been more heated in my life!!! My husband had to go back for my dinner that they didnt even give me , due to the rage I was feeling.. The boy at window shuts it , to tell coworker what's happening and then the whole gaggle of uneducated staff at Wendy's wanna look crazy at somebody. Lol! What a joke, I feel zero satisfaction and woulda rather just taken thectastevoutta his mouth.. soo...
