Last night, 11/18/17, I decided to place a pizza delivery after traveling on the road for 8-1/2 hours. My first call was placed day at 6:10 pm where I was put a hold for over one over minute. I know one minute is not a long time, but I thought perhaps they forgot I was on hold. I attempted to call back numerous times (2nd call -3 mins, 3rd call -8 mins, 4th call -0ver 41 mins). I decided to continue to be left on hold while I placed my order on line . Had no problem ordering from this store that gladly took my money and it appeared the transaction had been processed. As I watched the screen waiting to see if indeed it would be accepted, processed and sent my way- it appeared nothing had been done. So, I got in my car ( exhausted from my 8-1/2 journey), and drove to the Canal Store to speak with James the Manager. He was rude and unapologetic. Had I not had 3 hungry teenagers with me that had Dominoes on the brain, I would've never gone this far. As an owner of Phoenix. West condo, I'm sad to see that we advertise for Dominos on our condo access keys. As a former DM of a major retail chain, I would have fired this manager on the spot. I will never order from this...
Read morePlaced an order at 1:37 p.m. The pizzas were finished at 1:50 p.m. After 30 minutes in "quality check" I attempted to call the store to check on the order. Finally reached someone 45 minutes after it hit "quality check." I'm assuming I spoke to the manager Bill. Whoever the man was, he was very short on the phone. When I asked if the pizzas would be delivered soon, he said his delivery driver was fixing to come in and he could see if the guy could possibly deliver our pizzas while he delivered to other customers. At this point the pizzas had been out of the oven for 45 minutes and were already guaranteed to be cold by the time we received them if the delivery driver was even able to bring them at that time. I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money, to which Bill could seem to care less. I've worked in customer service and food service and I can count on one hand the number of times I've ever told someone to keep the food I ordered. I can't speak to how the food tastes, but their customer service and delivery times definitely need...
Read moreThis place is an absolute joke. I ordered a cease salad over the phone and was charged for it. An hour and a half went by so I called to see where they were. The child who answered the phone who also sounded like the person who took my order said my order wasn’t put in. I told her that I was charged for it, her words were “I don’t know what to tell you.” I asked to speak to her manager. She told someone in the background that he is needed on the phone. She then told me that he will be with me in a sec. So I waited. Someone eventually hung the phone up. I called back right away. She then told me that her manager just left. I asked how that was possible when a few seconds ago he said he would get to me. I asked for her managers name, she told me she didn’t know his name.
