Wawa — Restaurant in Orange City

I've never had any serious problems or complaints the only drawback I would say is that sometimes you have to wait a while for food when there's a lot of people and they don't have a lot of workers available behind the counter but overall I've never had any problems with the food or the quality of food that I ordered it's usually fairly in and out of times people are fairly respectful even when you sit outside so it's not bad at all the pizza actually they offer now is pretty good it's better than going to Domino's or something so you really can't beat that at all but overall I've never really had any major problems except waiting for sandwiches because they get fairly busy

I'm homeless with my service animal as of January 2024 I called and asked if I could bring the dog in to get something to eat and they told me it's okay as long as he's not aggressive I brought him in and everyone was so kind and friendly and they said it was okay and that I was welcome to bring him in anytime and I could sit outside and they wouldn't ask me to leave for loitering mainly because I've been coming here for 4 years and I know I'm not a threat so I feel safe and comfortable even though I'm homeless that they allow me to have my service animal come out so I just want to take the time to thank them and their staff for being so kind and cordial to me and my...

Update: It has been several years and the fresh food department is as unreliable as ever. Almost without fail, if you want something they will be out. They were out of rice, rice! How do you run out of rice? You can literally store it nearly indefinitely and cook it in a few minutes. This is a 24/7 facility, but apparently the incompetent management is unaware of this. When I ask, why are you out of rice, meatballs, chicken, pizza, peppers, mashed potatoes, or whatever they are out of I get some song and dance about "Well after 9pm we muh muh buh buh muh!" Meanwhile this is a 24/7 facility, and it has steady business on these hours management poo poohs. I still can't get over how incompetent management must be to run out of rice. The thing that makes me mad is that I know they will be out of something and I'll get some dumb answer on why it's out of stock but I continue to try only to get burned time after time.

I was at WAWA today to grab a quick lunch and selected Tuna toasted sandwich with some additional. While scanning my ticket to pay, i noticed it said Chicken Sandwich, I paid and ran to the Food Station and asked what was showing on the screen, well my sandwich was ready and it was the chicken, not Tuna as I wanted. It was my mistake but the nice lady immediately offered to change it and I refused saying thank you, since I though they will get in trouble for wasting the food, while we were on the conversation, another young lady seemed Asian was already preparing the Tuna Sandwich and a amazing male supervisor , with beard insisted a convinced me to go to computer to request the sandwich so they will have it in record.
