Customer service is non existent here. I brought a package to be shipped. Brought the box, it just needed to be taped and labeled. Paid over $54 to have it shipped ground to arrive at destination within 4 business days. Package never arrived, no information is available through UPS website. I have requested proof of shipment leaving the UPS store, they can not provide it. Just keep telling me everything leaves daily. I want physical proof of a manifest, log sheet signed by UPS taking ownership. They can not provide it. I have requested tracking and a lost claim to be completed. I keep being told the manager is working on it. I have not received any updates, can not get anyone on the phone. Tried calling UPS, can not get any information on their automated system other than they have no record ever receiving this package. I don’t believe my package ever left the Orang City store on any UPS store. If it did, I should have received proof it left. I should receive confirmation of my claim both from the local store and UPS with an investigation number. My package contained 2 cell phones worth about $900. Insurance to cover that value was going to be about $300+ shipping. I declined the insurance. I want answers. I want proof my items left this stores faciiity and were passed onto UPS as I entrusted you to do so. Your lack of cooperation is frustrating. Product value is over $500 - I will file a theft report with local police if I do not get cooperation. It’s been nearly 2 weeks with NO cooperation...
   Read moreKarish? Little Muslims man and David helped me last week return a flat screen that was damaged at no cost. But when I received a replacement that also was by ups. It was broken in the same exact place. When I went to return it they told me it would be 5 bucks to print a single piece of paper... I explained and provided a receipt for my previous return. That showed no cost they told me that I would have.to pay the charge or would not process my return. Unprofessional at a minimum and disrespect for the community that allows them to operate a business in this great town. No one should treat customers like they're second. Class citizens when karish probably isn't one. I use print services for my professional needs. And have never heard of such price gouging to return a package or even print on black and white page. Do your community a service and boycott this thorn of big business from operating in such a fashion. As reviews show they have had many instances where they abuse customers need of service from what's supposed to be a reputable logistics company. Regarding claims I had a package shipped through them. Thanks to the store I got my money. UPS didn't care, the store did.The store gives me discounts on shipping, to keep me a valued customer.I been going here for 20 years, and their have been 4 owners. I know them ALLLLL! By Far the best are the last one and the current one! They have helped every customer with a smile and are corteous every time I go there. and trust me I am there atleast twice/week. Its impossible to read the three or four bad reviews underneath and sit here and not write. In short, the BEST UPS Store. Dont go by 3 or 4 bad customer reviews. Again the service is exceptional. They are not the carrier, they are the retail store, & regarding whats in their hands, they do a phenominal job and go far and beyond what they have to do.
