I ordered dinner Friday evening (10/30) - Large pizza, cheesy bread, and 3 marinaras. Upon arrival, around 5:58PM, we had received 1 ranch (not ordered) and 0 marinaras. I called right away (roughly 6:00PM) and spoke to a female, asking if someone could return with the 3 sauces I had ordered. She explained she didn't think her manager would let a driver make a run for “just sauces”, but would ask. She never returned to the phone, but instead put the location manager "Brad" on the line. I explained everything to him. He was extremely rude. His comment was "We have several orders ahead of you, can't I just give you a better offer for next time?" I was clear I did not want anything but the sauces I had already paid for. He said "This could take a while” trying to deter me. It wasn't our fault someone read the ticket wrong and didn’t place our order correctly in the bag. I understand things happen and that’s okay, but he should have made it right by having someone deliver what was already paid for. Trying to be understanding, I said fine. At 8:30PM (an hour and a half post our conversation) we had still not received anything (yet we received our food within 45 minutes the same night)!! I called Brad back, explaining we had yet to receive the sauces. He said "Well I sent them." I highly doubt he did. You could tell it was a total inconvenience to his evening. I asked for a full refund. Nothing posted Friday, Saturday, or today (11/02). I called Brad again this morning in reference to the refund. He responded, "I don't know what to tell you, it's handled on my end. Call your bank." I have never been so disappointed in a manager in my life. It's not even about the 3 sauces that we paid for but never received, it's about his unapologetically poor attitude about the whole situation. What happened to good customer service?? This location- because of the manager- is lacking people skills and just lost a routinely purchasing customer. He declined to give me his last name or his manager’s info. Read moreI’d like to start by saying I have been getting Marcos pizza from this location for the past 10+ years. For the past year or two I have come in to get a pizza practically every other day. They got all new employees and since then I have not had a single decent pizza. This is the only location of marcos that I have EVER been to where the pizza tastes and looks completely different than any other locations I have been to. As of around 10 minutes ago, this will be the last time I will ever go to this location unless something changes. The pizza I just got today had multiple pieces of hair on it. I have not received any refund for any of the 10-20 pizzas over the past couple years that I was not able to eat just because of how bad they were. Over the past year I have tried everything within the app (such as having it cooked well done, different crusts/thicknesses, toppings, sizes, etc) to try and see if the quality of pizza would match every other location but no matter what I do the pizza always turns out like garbage. Read moreI'm giving this a four star, because the order taker did NOT listen to me. That's one of my pet peeve's for customer service. I specifically stated PLEASE bring change for a $100 bill. If you don't have it, you don't have it, but don't tell me that you're going to make sure that your delivery driver HAS THE CHANGE. He came to the door, stated he only had $15. I said, it's not your fault (meaning the delivery driver), that your order taker PROMISED me that he would tell you to make sure you had change. I had to end up using my Debit card. I really didn't want to do that this evening, but it's fine. Secondly, you said you had garlic sauce, we didn't get that either. On the Plus side, the QUALITY of the food, was really awesome. We actually fought over the cheesy bread. Other than the order taker, not getting the instructions correct for the delivery driver, that would of earned you 5 stars. Please, listen to your customers. Your food is excellent!!!
