McDonald's — Restaurant in Orange Township

This McDonald’s just isn’t what it used to be. Always a grumpy lady at the speaker demanding my code but at least she gets my order right. Today at around 1:30pm I ordered a large fry, 6 piece nugget, McChicken, and a medium Coke. Total came out to $6. I had a code for a free large fry. I have no idea what happened but I believe some reason the lady rang me up for a $5 mcchicken meal. Not what I ordered. Made such a big mess. I understand y’all got those $5 meals and maybe she was trying to help me save money but I had a code and I ordered what I wanted. After bringing me the wrong order 3 times & my children screaming in the back for their fries, I asked for a refund. At this moment I didn’t realize they didn’t ring my order up correctly. I didn’t get a receipt. A young girl came out and kept asking what she can do to make it right. At that point I was about to cry, I wanted nothing but to leave and my money back. I handed back the wrong order, told the girl to take the large coke she had brought as well, but she replied “no it’s ok” but took the food back. Another lady returned with only $5 stating that I needed to pay for the Coke. Made her go back inside because I didn’t want a large coke. She also brought me the receipt, which yup. Isn’t my order. I paid cash. The receipt says visa. Says so much about them. I believe someone mixed the orders up and I believe that would be whoever is taking payment. This McDonalds nearly always gets orders wrong. If you go through the drive thru and they ask you to pull forward you will get someone else’s order 9/10. Their ice cream machine is almost always “broken”. This time I was told it was broken again (at 5:30 PM) I asked the employee at the window “so, your ice cream machine is broken?” He said “no, it’s… well yeah, it’s broken. We’ll sometimes it’s broken sometimes it’s being cleaned…” I was asked to pull forward and received the wrong order, even after I told the person at the window I didn’t want to pull forward because this always happens.

I had to go in to get the correct order. I then was shown the ice cream machine with parts off in a bucket and still looking wet from being cleaned. I said “it looks like it was just cleaned” and the guy said “well yeah, it was just clean and since the parts aren’t on that means it’s broken…” I said, no, that means you cleaned it to avoid making ice cream. “Well that’s what we were told to say.”

Why are they cleaning the ice cream machine before dinner or closing?

I’m a fairly patient person, and I’ve given a lot of grace and chances here, but now the employees are flat out lying to avoid working and being told to lie by management. Dishonesty is where I get mad.

Horrible.the drive thru guy let us sit at the order screen for 4mins with no acknowledgement.finaly when he does interact he can't get the order right.i can hear him talking to someone but I can't hear anyone responding to him.he finally gets it right between the 3 conversations he's having at once.so I pull to the first window like he said .....no one there.after 2min.i pull to the 2nd window.....no one there either.we finally yell threw the window for assistance and here comes the cashier talking to someone on his earbuds.and then trying to take orders at the same time but isn't even at a terminal to input the order.then we get our food after I pay and it's cold.the Fry's had to of been 25mins old and there was a fraction of the Fry's that your supposed to get.im just so outraged at this point that I left.i could understand if they was busy but there was no one in the store and hardly 3 vehicles in drive thru.TEAM HOLLOWICCI MORE LIKE TEAM HOLLOSHITY. ALL THERE FRANCHISE LOCATIONS NEED TO BE REVOKED.....
