Over a month ago I complained about my chilli fries being undercooked the last few times I was there and I received an email from the general manager saying:----------------- Hello sir. I was very sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience through our drive- thru last week. I apologize that we did not get your fries cooked enough. I will use your feedback to coach my team to ensure we are cooking the fries long enough to get them done. I would like the opportunity to make it up to you by sending you a gift card to compensate you for your last visit and buy your next visit so we can get it right for you. If you can email back with your address and any other feedback you might have I will get a gift card right out to you. I've sent my address and a follow up email with no gift card in the mail nor a response from my last email!!!!!!!!-----------------------------(Update) received another email:-------Good afternoon R++++. Patrons were coming in and sitting at tables as soon as other guests got up and before the table was bussed. My waitress was very polite and I heard her apologize to other guests for the wait. I finished my lunch and went to the counter to pay my bill. I stood at the counter with no one in front of me for a solid 7 minutes. I watched the manager serving food to assist the wait staff as I stood waiting to pay for my lunch. I contemplated leaving. Finally the manager came to the register. He took my bill and with no emotion asked how everything was. He scanned my bill and as I started to use my card he walked away! He began getting drink refills for another table. I completed everything until the point of sale machine said "Please wait for cashier." I was waiting again! Unfortunately this is the worst Skyline location in the Columbus area. They have forgotten cheese, onions, forks, napkins in to go orders. The food doesn’t seem as good as other locations, the ratio of ways are off or it is watery. I have stood in line for over 5 minutes waiting to pay without anyone acknowledging the several people in line while several workers worked in the kitchen. They could say something as simple as “be right with you”, but we were just entirely ignored. When dining in, there was no music or other background noise so I had to sit and eat my food while hearing workers talk loudly about other customers or their personal lives.
